New managers are SO helpful and friendly. I arrived outside of their operating hours with a time-sensitive amazon returns and they were willing to help me out even though they were technically closed for the day (just happened to be in the store doing some updates). Seem like very genuine, kind folks.

Not a friendly location! The owner Afshan stated “Next time there will be a charge for applying tape on a prepaid label box” this is the first time I have ever encountered these types of fees. UPS as a company should really take a look at the nature of the person before they allow to take ownership! I will not recommend my friends and family to go to this location since they want to nickel and dime you!

Clean store with friendly staff eager to help. Be sure to ask the employees if there are any additional fees when shipping internationally. I sent a package to Calgary, paid the amount requested only to find out that there was an additional COD required before delivery.
Would've been real nice to pay the fee ahead of time instead of checking the tracking number then having to call UPS to resolve.

I needed to send a box via UPS. I was new to the area and I saw the UPS sign and pulled into the parking lot but I couldn’t see where UPS was so I called them and they were around the corner. However, I have a walker and I’m wasn’t able to carry the big box into the store, and Jun came from the store around the corner, took my box and then came back with a receipt for me. It was so wonderful and it just made my day. They are the best.

Even though the time was almost closed for notarisation, the staff accommodated my request and notarised my documents. He just saved my day :)

I prefer to go to this UPS store because I can count on good work. I always feel touched when the the owner, Afshan, knows me by name and remembers past orders - it is so helpful. Even when they're busy, they acknowledge everyone and work through each order quickly.

I specifically drove out of my way after having issues with a different UPS store. Despite the complexity of my order, the employee were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I shall definitely consider this location first in the future. Kudos!!!
