dont ever book loads with HD, RC said unload 3-6 hrs so be ready to sit for almost 2 days and later on get paid 150$, also receiver throws out POD, dont ever leave them in the office cause later on they will offer You to find it in trash bin.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a play set for my son. It's ~650 pounds. They lost it. They found it a week later. I had to call to find this out. Then upon delivery its damaged and missing parts.I send it back and reorder it. Now, it's been sitting at the Portland Dock since the 15th (ten days). I have had Overstock reach out to them as they are the company I ordered from. They couldn't get it delivered. This company is total garbage.They say they came to deliver it yesterday and they weren't able to deliver it. I was home. Nobody rang the doorbell. I have a ring camera, nothing.Still haven't received my son's playset that I ordered to be initially delivered July 7th. It is August 25th as of writing this.Fernando and Al at the Portland dock are unhelpful, obviously since it is still not delivered.Called and waited while it rang for the last thirty minutes. Guess they decided to dip out early for the weekend.Contract with this company if you want your customers to return their stuff and never order from you again.

OTR Driver here. Delivered here. This is NOT a 24/7 facility, if your delivering there is some parking in the front of the facility for like 8 trucks or so, they are closed on weekends, but if you call the ph# on the gate during daylight hrs they may give you access as was in the case with other drivers and me(about 8 trucks),I was good with this as it allowed me to drop my trailer and pickup my empty in their rear yard, and communicated this all to our weekend dispatch which was okay with it. Take photos of your seal and trailer. I arrived at like 0300 and had to wait as the other drivers did till about 0830, but overall it wasn't a bad experience and glad to see secured gate and that they had a system in place to have it work for a Saturday delivery. Now if your doing a live unload, your out of luck if you haven't made prior arrangements, your going to have to sit over the weekend in front of the facility. Hope this helps other drivers, again it's not your typical UPS facility hours, as their NOT open 24/7.

I can say here is very bad place, I waited 12hr sfor reloading to another trailer.they don’t know themselves what should they do I think. Because If you explain to one of them the problem,he says ok and gives you and ETA to fixs it like 2hrs. When you come in after 2hrs to office,there will be new guy and you have to explain him from the beginning and this condition repeated on me 3-4 times in this day.So I cannot advise to truck drivers who should take a load from here??♂️…

Well this particular ups the worker that was helping me didn't ask me if I knew the shipping address package was supposed to be delivered to so I had to call customer service 2 times about my package had to keep customer service agent and put him on speaker to tell the actual ups person he knew the she knew there were other questions to verify the package I went to pick up was mine. Also they had the wrong information in there.
