Came in to withdraw money and I happened to mention my broken debit card. The associate immediately requested a new card for me without me even asking! Very friendly and chatty, too.

Been banking here for years but recently the customer service has been horrible. There seems to be no tellers and nobody seems to want to help you that are in the branch. If they are closing this branch it would be nice to let people know. I won't go back to this branch again.

Absolutely the most disgusting group of people I've been around in the business world. Opened an online account for my 100 year old mother and can't access it. Spent 45 minutes at the branch changing the password and it seemed OK at the branch. Tried to access over the weekend and can't do it online. You can take our business and put it where the sun doesn't shine and if you don't know where that is, I'd be more then happy to tell you.

On Wednesday August 12th, I stopped by the ATM and made a $1100.00 cash deposit to my personal checking account, I noticed several days later that it was never credited to my account, I have a receipt in hand which clearly shows the transaction details, I contacted the call center on Sunday the 16th and they said that they would open an investigation as to what happened, and it could take up to 10 days to get my money, as far as I'm concerned I have all of the documentation that I need and they just simply need to give me my money right away and figure what happened on their end, I am a long time customer with USB and have several accounts along with my small business checking which has a 6 figure balance, so I am not a stranger and take exception to their people questioning my honesty, as of today 8/20 I still don't have my money, pretty sad when these banks are asking you to stay out of the buildings and do your banking online or via ATM, I can pretty much guarantee if they overpaid me I wouldn't get 10 days to figure it out and get back to them, I believe that it is time to look for a new bank...

I live 10mins from this bak, and I've been here fairly often. This bank is very unprofessional. If you only came for casual deposits and withdrawals, then everything should go smoothly. However, if there's something beside those, thing twice before coming here. Everything happened months ago when I tried to deposit my federal tax refunds which has my name and my husband's name on it through the ATM. They didn't take it ( this is understandable), so they sent me a copy of my original check and a letter saying that I could go to a nearby bank to deposit it like a regular check as long as I have my husband's signature on it. When I came to this bank and explained it to the "manager", she didn't even go through the letter and acted as she had no idea about it. Luckily enough that she finally processed it. After that, I asked to speak with some one who can help me with auto refinance. She directed me to this younger lady that was talking with her previously behind the shield. This lady came out and I told her I need to refinance for the car I had bought back in 2015. I told her if I need to bring her the VIN so I can go back home and bring it to her later. She doesn't seem very pleasant to do anything. She kept asking questions like she had nothing to do with this auto refinance. She was clueless and seriously lacking of knowledge of doing anything like this. I was frustrated and regret that I came here. Like the "manager", she finally gave me some rates that I don't know where they came from. They actually were a little lower than my current interest rate, but she said she didn't think it is worth to refinance, so I just went home with her useless help.

I have visited this bank a few times, the last two times I spoke with Logan who was unable to help me. This is an example of an employee who says no, instead of helping the customer and figure out what she can do she ends her sentences in NO. So she blew it today, I went elsewhere! U.S. Bank Logan really could use a lesson in customer service.
