The new hire Austin , is more friendly and attentive than the regular employees ! I opened an account here and it was because of his excellent customer service. I agree with the review below. I also went in at 3pm and there were five tellers and one just working the window, creating a very lengthy wait. Then I saw two bankers walk out and just sit at their desk instead of taking customers. It is not professional to have just one teller. Poor customer service here, but thanks to Austin I opened the checking account that I wanted. He was the only one to say hello in a polite and friendly manner. I wish he could get credit for opening my account instead of the female that did.

Just truly horrible banking experiences. I have been a customer here since I moved to portland 5 years ago and have nothing but minor annoying issues (as well as some large ones such as a missed deposit!!). However, today they took the cake by refusing to answer their phones and forcing me to drive down only to find out they no longer offer currency exchange. When I asked if they could help in any way they simply said no and pointed to the door. For me that was the final straw, I am looking forward to working with a Credit Union that may actually care about the customers. Also important to note of the 9 windows one was open and three workers were actively chatting while one did all the work.

Just walked here, online and posted on the door says they close at 5; got there at 4:50, doors were locked and the security guard scurried off when he say me trying to get in.

Rude service, manager Jeff was trying to be fake nice supporting his employee and calling SECURITY on customers have been doing business with the bank for 4 years , I have to say the bank needs to look at the bad reviews to see that they have problems to solve inside.

If I could provide 0 star I would - half hour wait time with no business concluded. Ignored upon arrival, and after finally talking to a teller tells me a employee who’s been gone for hour and half on lunch break I need to see for currency conversion - told me to wait even longer and rolled his eyes. WF is my bank. They courtly acknowledged my presence and helped me out in less than 5 minutes. Part of reason why I left US Bank.

Come on US Bank! 20 to 30 minute wait times (at all times) with 1 to 2 tellers on average and 10+ open windows? This is during lunch at primetime! Way to save money on tellers! Fix this or I am changing banks.

Read recent story about a now fired employee of this bank that was fired for helping a customer. Customers are not important to this bank nor are they valued. I wouldn't even donate charity to this bank let alone allow them to take my money and abuse me for the privilege. Bank Customers beware and avoid, at all costs. You're welcome, Santa.

This bank is p*** on untoasted rye bread. All banks have fees, but US Bank takes it to new heights. Clerks and customer service reps are rude and arrogant, as if it were somehow out of line to ask questions about your own account. Try literally any other bank on the planet!

Jeff Richardson was extremely dedicated and helpful, as well as very sharp. I also had a great experience with Brian Fast, who is very friendly and a very nice man, and quite dedicated to helping customers. This is the branch to go to, in my view. I will also point out that US Bank is a huge improvement over the larger banks (Wells Fargo, Chase, etc.).
