The store manager L. was the most helpful US Bank employee I've ever met. I had called about obtaining a notary and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming and was exactly the same when we arrived. It renewed my faith in US Bank!!

I was having so much trouble on line and I called the branch. Lateshia was able to help me TREMENDOSLY with my bill pay. I'm used to paper bills and am trying to be more effective. I didn't have to worry about trying to explain to her what I was trying to do on my screen. She asked permission to assist me online and was able to remotely hop onto my personal computer screen in real time. This allowed her to point out where I needed to click and the rest was a success! THANK YOU SO MUCH

The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the ATM is functional 60% of the time creating very long waits for a teller. Usually only one is working. This branch deals with local businesses creating extremely long waits for what would be a simple ATM transaction.

Truly terrible Custer service. Long line of people waiting while teller chit chatted with customer who had been serving to 15 minutes . While this was happing another teller sat behind the window and refused to help anyone and even put up the next teller sign.Astonishingly bad service . And it happens all the time at this branch.

Customer service has left the building!! Took 4 visits to get beneficiaries added to account. They would not edit the distribution percentage. They also would not print a confirmation of transaction! Manager, Melody was dismissive and arrogant. Another customer in at same time with similar concern to include not returning call as stated? Moving my money to another bank! If their hands are tied in the small things, why would I trust in bigger transaction or all of my monies in 4 different accounts? Well, I don't! Long time customer ending now...

Customer service has left the building...!! The mgr, Melody, is arrogant and dismissive, aka gaslighting. I had an appt @ 2:30 written on note. She demanded it was at 2:15 and I was late. Four visits later to get beneficiary updated and added to a new account. They would not update distribution percentage which required more phone calls, emails and fax results remain to be seen. They would not give me confirmation of added transaction either which has always been standard in the past. Another customer at the same time was there for same issue of 4 visits, no return calls and having to jump through hoops. My money would be best invested elsewhere!! Promos are everywhere!

Set up an appointment a week before to get some money exchanged into euros for my daughter's semester abroad. They said couldn't do it because the banker forgot to read the online booking comments . Told me to go to Wells Fargo instead? Horrible customer service ?.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I was told to make an appointment to get my deceased mother off of my account. This was my 4th attempt with them after getting NO information. I showed up and they were running late and told me I would need to reschedule after taking time out of my work day because of their errors.

Best banking experience I’ve ever had. Been going here for years and it just gets better. Ask for Mohammad or Marcus. Two great hungry helpful and kind bankers. The manager, Luis, has done a great job at this branch. I always come out having saved money and with a stronger plan moving forward. I started out several years ago with a mountain of debt and over the years they have helped me recover. Can’t recommend them enough. Also been a pleasure. Highly recommend stopping g by whether you bank here or not. Cheers.

Whenever I stop into this location to make a deposit or something Mohammed is usually the teller who helps me. He always provides great customer service and is just in a positive mood. I really appreciate all of his help.

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Everyone is really nice. Every time I would come in someone would immediately say hello and the bank tellers (I think that’s what they’re called) are really friendly. Whenever I’d come in I’d usually go to the young Asian guy and he’s dope - probably the best bank teller I’ve met. One time I saw him have to deal with an extremely rude and angry customer and he handled everything perfectly. This branch even called both my girlfriend and I to see if we were doing okay with the pandemic going on, which is really sweet.
