Even though the teller was a bit crabby that I can't just walk in and open an account anymore.... Adrian bailed me out and said he'd help me open a kinda complicated account and also helped fix one I already had. 2 stars is rough- I think they should climb up the ranks some.

Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

ATM ate $200 today and I won’t be able to have it credited to my account until it’s been serviced by another company as the bank manager said it’s no longer serviced by them. Highly displeased.

This bank has gotten so much better. I had it with them a couple of years ago and opened a Chase acct, but kept this one open. They have dramatically improved. I wanted to get things notarized and Chase gave me appt a week away (2 times), this US bank took me in immediately. I worked with Sven Kubatov on two occasions and not only is he time efficient, personable, and helpful he actually sells the bank. He says things like "our goal is to provide 5 star service, every time", he remembers people and really tries to develop relationships. Its old school service. Very strange, but much appreciated.

The tellers are good. The people sitting at the desks? Not so much. Product knowledge and customer service are almost always lacking at branch banks. But I've been at this branch for many, many years and both have disappeared. Fortunately I don't need to go into a branch often and generally able to use other branches for occasional transactions.

Worst US Bank I've ever been to. The US Bank near Washington square mall is 10x better than this place. Save yourself the trouble and don't come to this one, the service is absolutely terrible

US Bank Tanasbourne / and the customer service department on the phone where ever they are. My minor kids have checking accounts that are linked to my account, they were not able to open a student account on their own. My son is now 17 he is going on a trip out of the country. He went to the Tanasbourne branch to notify them he was going to be traveling and didn't want his debit card suspended. The branch told him to call customer service, the following day my son and I both went to the branch, again we were instructed to call the customer service number. He has never dealt with banks, so he was not sure how to jump thru all the BS they have you do just to speak to a live person, so I did it for him. I entered my account number, pin, pushed this, that, held for 6 minutes, when a person came on the phone I had to tell him everything, because all the BS I entered in the phone didn't register to him- so why do it in the first place. After all that he told me too bad - only my son could make the notification. I asked for his supervisor - re- told her my account, my pin, my son's account, his pin, the maiden name, the security question - she too said too bad, only he can do it. Now, he can not open/or close an account because it's linked to MY account. I knew all the answers to the questions, still they would not help me. She said too bad, my son is going to have to figure out how to get thru their phone system to do this. I asked her why the branch would not do this, she said good question, they could have easily made the remarks on this account on either visit we made to the branch. So..... Branch, Customer Service, Supervisor - all un willing to do a thing to help out. I will be looking for a new bank - I suggest you stay away from US bank - there are several competitors right across the street from this US Branch, perhaps they will be more helpful to the CUSTOMER !!
