I tried to open an account at the 122nd US Bank. They said they were too busy and too short staffed to help me. They accused me of wanting to open an account merely to cash a US Bank check. I told them I needed a bank that I can go to in Vancouver (mine is a credit union in Portland) and the rep was rude and unhelpful. I will find another bank to have accounts with. Unnecessarily bad customer service.

Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

I have had my business account with this branch for 27 years, I have done most everything online for the last couple of years. I just went in and stood at the merchant window for 10 minutes till finally someone asked me if they could help me I said I need to make a deposit, I was told to get it the end of the line like everyone else (10+ people) and that they no longer have a special line for business customers. Now I've been in line at the drive-through for 15 minutes + and still have a while to wait, time to move my business account to Unitus with all of my other banking where there is never a wait. .................. Follow up, So I just finally got to the window and they wouldn't take my cash deposit without ID, I forgot my wallet today, I told them with 27 years here they could ask me any questions about my account or me and I could answer them, they said no. The teller and manager said to me maybe if I knew me, you would think after 27 years and over $25 million in deposits they would know their customers or make the effort to know their customers, I am so done with this bank and the rude employees. As with many other businesses Covid sure changed customer service.

The worst. Why doesn't US Bank close this branch ???? If there's a long line inside and 8-10 cars at the drive through outside who believes good service can be delivered with only 3 people? Why are you making customers wait 20 - 30 minutes? EITHER CLOSE THE BRANCH OR STAFF IT ADEQUATELY!!!

I literally just waited a half hour in the drive through here to deposit in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. I chose drive-through because I thought it would be quicker than braving the long lines inside. My biggest mistake was going to this bank branch. Save yourself the trouble and make deposits at the Vancouver location

The worst bank on earth! Customer service is terrible . I've had my business accounts with them for 12 years and am finally fed up . I have gone to several branches to do a small task and they keep telling me to make an appointment ! Where is the customer service for helping everyone ? Today I'm waiting in this line and was told there is only 3 people working today ! What a joke.

Incredibly poor customer service and communication. Long time small business account holder at US Bank. When the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) was announced it was clear that many banks were struggling with the process. However, US Bank fumbled from the get go and continued to flail and fumble until the funds were exhausted. US Bank opened up PPP enrollment on Saturday April 4th. We completed the first portion of the application within a half hour of the portal being open. No real communication other than an automated email regarding completion of the first portion of the enrollment. Tried reaching out to them daily as other small businesses with other banks were through the second portion of the enrollment and were already getting funded. US Bank failed to respond to emails for days. US Bank representatives could not answer questions by phone. It was a complete failure on their part which they finally acknowledged on April 10th that the early enrollment was botched due to a "technical issue." They told us to reapply. We reapplied within minutes of that communication and finally yesterday they responded that we were in a queue but they couldn't figure out where and what was happening. Now it appears that PPP's funding is exhausted and US Bank failed us completely. I'm sure US bank gets their bailout funds but because of their incompetence we are going to suffer. There are no words to express how disappointed we are with US Bank. We know that others have been likewise harmed by US Bank. Another local bank with which we didn't have a prior business relationship responded to our email inquiries within minutes. That just shows the complete disregard US Bank has for long standing customers. I would strongly recommend changing to another bank if you current use US Bank and would greatly recommend avoiding US Bank. Complete failure.

I would like to make a complain about this bank not doing their job. I went in to put a stop to a auto payment from a tanning salon and they assured that tHey made a stop from that company to try to take money out. After 1 1/2 year later I come to find out they never made a stop to that company and that company kept taking Mooney out of my account. They agreed it was the bank's fault that they never took the right action. So I had to goo through a bunch of paperwork so they can refund my money. The paperwork was so complicated that even the bank employeeS didn't understand how to complete it. I kept going back and forth trying to complete the paperwork and Then they said that I passed my dead line to complete the paperwork. So then I talked to THE BRANCH MANAGER SERGIO RIVERA and I never met such a disrespectful person who discriminated me because I have an accent. He talked to me like I was second class citizen and that my money there is not even welcomed. He ignored me and he talked over me like my concerns were not important. He told me to leave the branch. He doesn't deserve to be a branch manager which to my understanding should have great customer service and appreciative that I am investing my money in this bank and not aNy other bank around them. I am so upset that he can treat customers like that and hold the name of a branch manager.

Kinda hidden location. It's right on the corner. There are a few signs but the building itself is a plain beige square that does not give the impression there is a bank inside. No windows save for the entrance's. 2 drive Up ATM'S and one Walk Up ATM that is inside so your out of the element's but your also stuck inside if a freak rolls up on you!. Plenty of private parking.

You are dead to me, US Bank. I opened my account here...oh...about 25 years ago and I cannot stand to have an account here any longer. I'm pretty low maintenance, I don't bounce checks, I don't overdraw my accounts, I pay my bills thru their online bill pay and I have decent money in the bank. All I require is free checking. US Bank doesn't offer free checking anymore. Instead they will waive the fee IF you have a daily average balance in your checking account over $1500 or if you have direct deposit (I do not). Who keeps that much cash in their checking account especially when you aren't earning and interest on it? Freakin' stupid. Good riddance, US Bank. You suck.
