Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

My wife and I went thru the drive thru on the 13th of May 2022 and need to withdraw some cash because her$500 atm withdrawal limit had been reached so we simply decided to drive up and withdraw only other possible way which was thru bank so the teller has us fill out slip ask us what denominations would we like the bills then says just a moment please steps away comes back and asks a series of security questions has my wife saying them out loud then after successfully doing that the teller asks if my wife has her phone handy wife replies yes. Teller says ok I'm going to send you a 6 digit code and finally my wife successfully gives her the code and the teller responds by say there is a Hard Hold on the account and there's nothing she can do , and advised us to call the number on back her debit card fraud department. Also the teller said to bring in her social security card and other various documents right away, so we went to retrieve that and made the call and no one she called could see any kind of hold. When we returned the manager said go to the branch we opened the account with the documents they could not help. So here we are sat the 21 and and my wife still can not access her account, this morning documents were scanned in and was told normally takes few hours however it's Saturday so May have to wait till Monday... the 23rd. There's been no fraud , the bank has simply help the account on hold illegally well after the allotted hold times for federal treasury checks and bank operational procedures. I definitely do not recommend banking with us bank because they have been very rude unhelpful disrespectful and discriminatory. If you don't mind depositing a check be given a portion while remaining amount stays on hold forever then once half way Thru the portion a hard hold is put on and you end up like us in this weird limbo. Not all of the us bank officials were bad to us just a handful well maybe a few more than that.. most of the phone staff were great and as helpful as could be. If there's anyone at US Bank that can help us please do because we were really looking forward to banking with US bank now we are considering closing the account and allow our attorney to continue with a legal course of action however we will see if they finally figure out whatever the issue is and resolve it and grant access back to my wife's account honestly this feels like a robbery or property held hostage with so many endless demands that are met one after another with zero progress. We now know what is being done is illegal and must let it be know . My wife worked for the county for 23 years and I'm a disabled veteran of the United States Army, we certainly do not appreciate this kind of treatment by one. If our very own financial institution's. Yes of course there's more to this matter but I can only share so much so maybe one day i can fill in the blanks for everyone.

I opened a business account at the argosy branch and I've had nothing but problems the ladies at this branch are very rude they pass you from one person to the next they don't want to tell their name it's horrible

Can't stand the fee ATM's hit you with these days, so I make sure if I need cash to go to my Banks ATM. Great location never long line.

Most impressive display of incompetence I have yet experienced with any organization. Terrible experience would be a gross understatement. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to avoid interacting with the left overs US Bank staffs this branch with. Need to add frustration to your life, this is your spot.

I opened a business account at the argosy branch and I've had nothing but problems the ladies at this branch are very rude they pass you from one person to the next they don't want to tell their name it's horrible

Every time I visit this branch its a long wait even with no one else in the branch. The tellers are rude and not helpful. I would suggest using any other local US bank branch other than this one the drive and or wait is well worth avoiding the horrible customer service found at this branch!

The best part about my visit to this branch was the welcome upon entrance, let me tell you why: As I walked to the teller along side a manager and explained I need to speak with a personal banker about the account I recently opened on-line. I also spoke with someone over the phone and they recommended I go see a PB at my local branch. The manager in response says the teller can help you with that here at the window and walks off. As I gave him my ID and social sec. card for him to look up my account, the teller calls a different manager who comes over and says "go ask the other person, they can help you with that" so the teller does it and when they comes back tells me with a smile "I'm sorry miss but you will have to speak with a PB, can you take a seat over there and someone will be with you." I took a seat and waited close to 15 minutes before I left. I only kept my cool because it was such a beautiful day yesterday and also I knew what I needed before I went in there. It was obvious the employees thought otherwise so my mission was not accomplished during this visit and it was a waste of my time. I'm thankful to already have other bank accounts but I hear so much about US, I want to give them a try. I do plan to go back to this exact branch so they can make it right. It's very clean complete with fresh cookies and coffee and welcoming tellers ready to work.
