Stopped by this branch today and Uriel handled my transaction.
Super friendly and very knowledgeable about the branch ........ and how things operate.
It was really a joy going inside ........
rather than the drive-through window which I normally use. I'll be back !!!

I have been have banking with US Bank on both personal and business levels for several years and now a new generation is banking with them, too! Our seven-year-old granddaughter was thrilled to open a savings account last week and the associates at the Cornell branch could not have made her experience more delightful. Rachell and her team are consistently professional, hard working and moreover, friendly and kind. Bonus.... I can always reach a human being when calling the branch! I rely on the professionals at US Bank and they haven't let me down!

The staff is very rude, not friendly at all. They are not happy to answer your question, also they really don’t care at all! Such bad people and bad management here!

This branch doesn’t have a fax machine or according to Jadyn “she has no way to check if it works”. Outright not willing to help. I Have been banking with US bank for a decade now and I’m done with this!
US Bank likes to have their correspondence via fax. Why are they using fax in 2024 ?? Obsolete
Respectfully, The Branch manager needs to find another job, if they can’t even have a working fax machine in their branch or when they have a staff who doesn’t know how to fax. Why, because fax is the mode of communication US Bank uses.

I had a horrible experience at this bank recently. My son passed away in December and had an open account at this bank. I went to the Multnomah County court, and they helped me fill out the paperwork to get legal authority to close his account. I took the paperwork into the bank and met with someone, who uploaded the documents and stayed on the phone with another person and I waited an hour. He finally got off the phone and told me the paperwork was not filled out correctly and they could not accept it and I needed to get legal help. I told him that the probate department manager actually helped me fill out the paperwork and said it was done correctly and the court approved it. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. I went home and called the U.S. Bank customer service number and they assigned me a life events specialist , who contacted me a few days later and resolved it within a couple hours and apologized on behalf of this branch. I have since received a check for the funds that were in my son’s account. I’ll never go in that branch again. I had no idea that U.S. Bank had life events specialists who help people walk-through situations like these, and I have no idea why the staff member did not inform me of this. He never did tell me who he was talking to on the phone and did not want to listen while I tried to explain the legalities of the paperwork to him.

Love this branch. By far better service with my business accounts than the other large banks near by.

My cousin and I walked into this US Bank branch on a very busy Monday morning, without an appointment, to make some complicated changes to my stepmother's trust accounts that we use to maintain her finances while she's in memory-care nursing. Rachelle, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to make the changes we needed. She sat us down with a very nice young fellow named Junior, who was also extremely helpful and spent about two hours with us to make the changes we needed. When I went to write this review, I was surprised at some of the negative comments, as that was nothing remotely like our experience at this branch. I think these days, everyone is short-staffed, so customers misinterpret employees trying to be speedy and efficient with poor customer service. That's my guess anyway, for what it's worth. Happy banking!

Honestly I am not much of one to write reviews about anything but the blatant disrespect of I believe the woman is Rachell was horrible, just because of my race and how I look she always falsely accuses me and my mother or wrong doing. I just can’t stand for this, I just don’t know what she has against me and my mother. We will stop using this branch permanently and would recommend for us bank to relieve her of her position. Thanks for your consideration

I can definitely see why this branch has such low stars. I went in to get a temporary card because I had my wallet stolen over the weekend & the staff very rudely stated I can’t get a temp card because I don’t have an ID or passport but were able to give me cash out my account without needing anything except some code they sent to my phone which led me to being ever more confused since in that case if that person were have to stolen my phone too they could just walk up in the branch & pretend to be me for all they know. I decided to call another branch on SW Walker St & before I even really said much the representative provided such a kind explanation as to why they can’t use birth certificates as a form of ID because they needed a photo ID since I was trying to get a temp debit card. If this branch would have just stated that I would have never got irritated because all they needed to say was for issuing new debit cards specifically you need a photo ID but you can get cash without it instead of making it seem like they were just being rude for fun. As old as that branch manager is you’d think she understand how to talk to customers. And when I showed up after 8am the doors were still locked & when I was almost to my car some guy finally unlocked the doors. Still love US bank since it just seems like this branch is poorly run but hate that I’ll never go to this one again & it’s so close my house.

Have been banking at this branch for more than 25 years. Bank manager Rachell has been there a long time and is the best in the business. Don't believe the other negative reviews from disgruntled people who had one bad experience and can't be pleased. Wonderful people work here and I have never been disappointed. Like any place, they have computer problems and can get overwhelmed with customers, but have always handled it well. This is a great branch and I have never been disappointed with their service or US Bank.

We have been business and private customers at this branch for over 10 years. Every staff member has been nothing but kind, professional and always welcoming with a smile ready to help. Thank you!

I just had one of the worst experiences in customer service. Rochelle (or Michelle) the manager is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t deserve this position. There are so many others at this branch that have been helpful but I’m nearly to the point of switching banks due to this experience. As a disabled veteran I’m extremely saddened with this service. Will be switching branches at the very least today.

I’ve came with my mom a few times and EVERYTIME i come the employee always stare at me up and down. My moms not fluent in English so I accompany her so I can help her translate so I witness how they try and profile us because we’re Mexican. Our race doesn’t define our wealth. It’s ridiculous how my mother can’t take her own money out her bank account? Why is it suspicious that she wants to take her own money out? It’s because we’re Mexican. Do better us bank we deserve more respect. Definitely won’t be coming back.
