Awful customer service. I’ve been there twice and will never go again.

My cousin and I walked into this US Bank branch on a very busy Monday morning, without an appointment, to make some complicated changes to my stepmother's trust accounts that we use to maintain her finances while she's in memory-care nursing. Rachelle, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to make the changes we needed. She sat us down with a very nice young fellow named Junior, who was also extremely helpful and spent about two hours with us to make the changes we needed. When I went to write this review, I was surprised at some of the negative comments, as that was nothing remotely like our experience at this branch. I think these days, everyone is short-staffed, so customers misinterpret employees trying to be speedy and efficient with poor customer service. That's my guess anyway, for what it's worth. Happy banking!

Honestly I am not much of one to write reviews about anything but the blatant disrespect of I believe the woman is Rachell was horrible, just because of my race and how I look she always falsely accuses me and my mother or wrong doing. I just can’t stand for this, I just don’t know what she has against me and my mother. We will stop using this branch permanently and would recommend for us bank to relieve her of her position. Thanks for your consideration

I can definitely see why this branch has such low stars. I went in to get a temporary card because I had my wallet stolen over the weekend & the staff very rudely stated I can’t get a temp card because I don’t have an ID or passport but were able to give me cash out my account without needing anything except some code they sent to my phone which led me to being ever more confused since in that case if that person were have to stolen my phone too they could just walk up in the branch & pretend to be me for all they know. I decided to call another branch on SW Walker St & before I even really said much the representative provided such a kind explanation as to why they can’t use birth certificates as a form of ID because they needed a photo ID since I was trying to get a temp debit card. If this branch would have just stated that I would have never got irritated because all they needed to say was for issuing new debit cards specifically you need a photo ID but you can get cash without it instead of making it seem like they were just being rude for fun. As old as that branch manager is you’d think she understand how to talk to customers. And when I showed up after 8am the doors were still locked & when I was almost to my car some guy finally unlocked the doors. Still love US bank since it just seems like this branch is poorly run but hate that I’ll never go to this one again & it’s so close my house.

Have been banking at this branch for more than 25 years. Bank manager Rachell has been there a long time and is the best in the business. Don't believe the other negative reviews from disgruntled people who had one bad experience and can't be pleased. Wonderful people work here and I have never been disappointed. Like any place, they have computer problems and can get overwhelmed with customers, but have always handled it well. This is a great branch and I have never been disappointed with their service or US Bank.

We have been business and private customers at this branch for over 10 years. Every staff member has been nothing but kind, professional and always welcoming with a smile ready to help. Thank you!

I just had one of the worst experiences in customer service. Rochelle (or Michelle) the manager is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t deserve this position. There are so many others at this branch that have been helpful but I’m nearly to the point of switching banks due to this experience. As a disabled veteran I’m extremely saddened with this service. Will be switching branches at the very least today.

I’ve came with my mom a few times and EVERYTIME i come the employee always stare at me up and down. My moms not fluent in English so I accompany her so I can help her translate so I witness how they try and profile us because we’re Mexican. Our race doesn’t define our wealth. It’s ridiculous how my mother can’t take her own money out her bank account? Why is it suspicious that she wants to take her own money out? It’s because we’re Mexican. Do better us bank we deserve more respect. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This branch is 1 minute from my house, however I need to drive to another branch since in this one all the times I have been treated in the worst way. They have 3 Indian employees who have treated me with discrimination for being Mexican. My husband and I have 2 construction companies and we go to the bank to make large money transactions but the ladies always make me feel humiliated because they think that because I am Mexican I cannot have money.people of any other race are treated the best because I have witnessed that. it is so unfair that having a branch so close to my house I have to drive so far to be treated with respect.

I went to this branch to cash a US Bank check. I was asked if I was costumer and I replied that since they charge $7 to cash a check issued by their bank, then, yes, I was a customer. The teller's entire attitude changed right before my eyes. I was next asked for my address. I answered that it was on my driver's license. I was asked if I've ever lived anywhere else. I answered yes and asked why. I was then asked to leave and not come back. I am still baffled and cannot figure out exactly what happened. I asked repeatedly what I said to upset the bank employee as I was escorted out of the bank by a manager who refused to explain to me anything except how she would call the police on me if I did not leave or if I came back. This is highly inappropriate behavior for a professional environment. I did not pose any threat or danger to the safety or security of this establishment and to be treated like this was quite upsetting and even humiliating, as this happened in front of several other customers. Please know that there are people at this branch who are rude, inconsiderate, and discourteous.

The branch manager (Rachelle) is the most customer-friendly banker I've ever dealt with. This US Bank branch was closed yesterday, but despite that, while I was there to use the ATM, I saw Rachelle take care of three walk-ins who asked her for help with a transaction. Her vocabulary doesn't seem to include the word "no."

I had two reps from this location call me before my appointment. I was at work and couldn't pick up. I called this location back and no one picked up. I logged into my virtual appointment and no one came. I logged off after 15 minutes. Called the national number and they are limited on what they can do. The national customer service is 5 stars. This location I am disappointed, and took my business elsewhere for a mortgage.

Only go here if all the other banks in Oregon close. Customer service is horrible. They could care less about their customers or potential new customers.

Terrible customer service. Canceled my appointment. Doesn’t even know their own policies… Pretty disappointed with this location.
