Love this branch, especially Aurora, she has been great with helping me handle things after being appointed power of attorney for a family member. She is great at her job And a really sweet person In general. Has definilty made my life much easier.

I've been with US Bank for years, I've only recently started to have the problem where ATMs are open with a green light but can't dispense cash or accept deposits. If I have to go to other locations to use an ATM just a few more times, I'm switching banks

Don’t bank with US Bank. I’ve been a member for 8 years and there was fraud on my account and now they are holding all the money in my checking account, which is all the money I have, for a year! HORRIBLE BANK.

I tried to call three different locations and got the same pathetic recording….”we apologize we are unable to connect you with a banker. Please call again”You have to be kidding… like I would ever do business with this bank again!!

This location is the worst. I try to avoid it as often as possible when doing banking for business. They NEVER have more than 2-3 people working. Usually only 1 of which is a teller. There is always a line of at least 8-10 people. It’s been this way for years. It’s not uncommon to wait in line 45+ minutes. Go to any other branch if you can. This one is absolutely mismanaged and ignored.

Terrible. Ive lived here for 7 months now and never have I had an experience at this location that didn't consume at LEAST 15 minutes of extra waiting time due to short staffing. Mngmnt, Do not leave the drive thru open if there's only 2 staff working the whole building.. US bank needs to get it together with this location specifically it's terrible, they'd rather have it open with poor quality service than close for a week. Strongly considering a different bank that doesn't treat its customers like disposable names on a paper, ik I'm not special - it's just COMMON COURTESY AND STANDARD PRACTICE ? at least give us the bare minimum and efficiency, are we asking too much?

I needed help wiring a transaction, I am out of state and didn’t have time. I sent my brother to go and wire money and unfortunately he couldn’t due to not being an account holder KOJI INOUE didn’t give up!!! He called me and gave me options!!! He went above and beyond to help me!! Very professional and patient thank you so much KOJI INOUE for helping me! This is the type of people we need working at US Bank!

Drive thru banking is a joke. 30 minutes waiting behind 1 car. Teller should have directed IC Construction truck to go inside the bank...STILL waiting. US Bank has reduced staff requiring drive thru teller to also be a window teller...thereby the wait times at drive thru window is in excess of 30 minutes. Which is the preferred method of banking for disabled depositors. Hey CEO, try cutting upper management, not front line/operations workers. Update...5/4/23...still no improvement in drive thru at this branch. Have any U S Bank depositors thought about pulling your money out of U S Bank and moving it to a real customer oriented bank...like a credit union? You definitely get Waaaaaaay better service there.

Had issue with ATM and bank employee was very understanding and helpful. He was clear with the process of how I will be credited for the ATM failure to pay my proper withdrawal amount. ATMs are mostly third contractors with all banks and my issue is very rare. I give the ATM company one star but US BANK is five star customer service!

Girl at drive-thru with grown out highlights (almost white) has an attitude and treats customers differently will never come back to this location or US bank because of her. My business and I will move on to a bank where there's no attitude from the employees FOR NO REASON. It's stressful enough to go to the BANK for her to demand multiple forms of ID for NO REASON other than discrimination.

used the drive-thru ATM. Watch out for the speed bump when leaving. I have to slowly roll over it, otherwise the bottom of my engine comes down on it hard.

The lines move slowly. Plan on being here for at least 30 minutes. Complicated or time intensive transactions during busy times should be directed to one of the several bankers sitting at their desks on their smartphone, or chatting amongst each other. Leave the tellers for check cashing, simple deposits and withdrawals.
