My storage unit rate increased over 215% in less than six months, with two separate price hikes. When I asked why, I was given a generic blanket statement by the front desk staff of “market demand, inflation, taxes, and operating costs.” then they proceeded to say “would $100 work for you?” NO! This does not justify an increase of this magnitude. Front desk staff was unhelpful and offered no real explanation. This feels unethical and predatory. I would not recommend this facility.

Angel was very pleased and helpful in my rental of a storage unit. Tiffany gave me a tour of the facilities and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very glad that I came here.

there were two people there Ryan and Jared and they were both very professional explained everything so it was easy to understand, took us to the unit. It's the first time I've ever used storage but this experience would make me come back to this one

Ryan, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and polite setting up my account, onsite at US Storage.
It’s a pleasant surprise to receive the excellent customer service Ryan provided. He exemplifies professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness, by taking the time to do a walk-thru and explain how the access works.
I will recommend US storage to my friends.
