After one of the roughest couple of weeks I think I have ever had.I pulled into US Storage not knowing what to expect ....A well mannered, nicely groomed gentleman named Carlos greeted me with a warm smile and immediately started getting me checked in. Carlos was extremely professional in giving me a quick tutorial on the way to my unit. Carlos thank you for being the awesome guy you are. Checking into my storage went smooth and easy.....I really needed that. To whomever supervises this young man, he does his job and he does it well!!!

The in-person team has clear communication and over the phone associates are incredibly helpful. The units are secure and clean. Customer service is a very important quality to me and the team on Powell has it! Especially Amber the property manager

Came in to get my mom a unit young lady working at the desk was great customer service skills was phenomenal she even took her time to walk me back into the storage room and walk me through again because I couldn't remember the first time that I went through so I highly recommend this place when walking in I thought oh this is a little shady but overall it was a 10 never walk into a establishment and think that is shady without going through the entire process lesson learned great place highly recommend
