Highly recommend, after being a member of IQ for 16 years, getting the run around, multiple people, I was recommended to Callie and Forrit. They helped me with what I needed right away, the same person handled my membership, account, loan, it all.Very grateful to be a part of this Credit Union and looking forward to working with Callie for anything I may need in the future. Thank you!

Been a member since 2 months old (a federal employee parent opened a savings account for me). I'm almost 46 now. It's definitely different - people I grew up with retired, etc. BUT I still adore the team, and most of them still know my name by face when I do make it into the branch in person. This bank has held me down and given me chances to be a young adult (with the commiserate screw-ups that come with living and learning). Even through bankruptcy at one point, I kept fighting with my lawyer that I was NOT including my accounts with USACU (now Forrit) as that would ban me from membership. I will be a member forever - not just because of my parent's foresight but because I trust the team here to really sit down with me and discuss options (even unpopular ones) and that means the world to me.

I used to brag about this bank being great to have. Not I don't even mention I bank with them. Getting my paychecks Thursday around 2:30-3:30 is great. Really made it easier for my to do my grocery shopping before the weekend rush. But now I can't pay for anything. I get its a credit union and not all of them do temporary cards replacements till your new official one comes in. But it's inconvenient with this bank.I emailed them on a Monday about being concerned that I purchased something weeks ago from a company that when reading reviews about they weren't legit. When Friday came around, I had card fraud happen and my account drained. Which only the company I bought something from could've been the culprit. So we had to start the process of fraud charges, then order a new card which will be 7-10 business days. They normally don't take long but of course with the new bank name and new/old staff taking over nothing with them has been the same. Here I am 14 business days and 20 days in total without a bank card. Now they have to investigate where the card is by locating it and if they find nothing I have to wait an additional 3 business days! Might as well say another week. At this point it would've been quicker for me to close my accounts and transfer to another bank and get a temporary card through them and be back on track. Which I will begin doing. I can't bank with a place like this anymore. They made it difficult to obtain a loan for a vehicle months ago, then now make it difficult to pay my bills. Then every-time I end a convo with them it's "have a great day" like yeah i'll have a great day after I just had card fraud happen and lost money and my card.

Absolutely, hands down, THE WORST experience I've ever had with a financial institution. Outdated, difficult to use website, customer service agents take forever to answer the phone and then hang up on you halfway through so you have to call back and start all over. The branch is randomly closed for no apparent reason and no notice. DO NOT put your money here if you ever need a wire or a cashier's check, you'll never get it.

Tyler went above and beyond to help a couple of tourists. We belong to a credit union back home, and that was enough for him to help us get some forms in order so we could continue our vacation. Great customer service!

Thanks to Tyler he was able to help me get a loan to start my business!! He's got great customer service skills & he's very nice and easy to talk to. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have been able to get this Buisness up and running.

Always helpful and friendly. Member for almost 30 years. Do yourself a favor and move to the credit union world and leave the big city banks behind. I’m Forrit!

I have been a member since my father (a federal employee) opened an account for me sometime before high school, so almost 50 years. Through the years I've proudly kept my savings account active, and mostly took advantage of personal service for auto and home loans. I have to admit, with the change to Forrit and opening membership to anyone, I'm debating if it's really worth keeping our longtime accounts there. I rarely go downtown anymore, it's not convenient for parking, and I don't feel that special connection now that it has open membership. Their plug is that they are small and personal, but now that it is open membership will that change? Why should I stay if there are other highly rated credit unions more convenient to me? The jury is still out.

Usually very good and friendly. BUT- in COVID-19 times they have been very annoying with flagging everything for fraud. For example, every single charge to Instacart or Walmart.I used to at least get fraud confirmation texts to verify it’s actually me trying to make the charge, but not anymore! I had another charge decline tonight (Target) and now I can’t even talk to the fraud department, so I can’t even make my purchase. I can appreciate wanting to help keep my transactions secure, but this sort of thing is happening so often that I feel like I’m the bad guy.

I've been a member of this credit union for almost a year now and every time I call in for help, I always get some lady who pretends to not know their own polices and seems to always want to get you off the phone. At this point I hate even going to the branch or calling for any help. I plan to find another credit union. I wouldn't recommend using this credit union.
