Not only did they let some random individual pick up my $200 package instead of delivering it to the place I paid to have it delivered to, but when I would call during business hours they wouldn't pick up at all.

It has been about six weeks since I requested a mailbox key for my new home and put a hold on all mail so I could pick it up at the post office. I was told it would take a couple weeks, not over a month.
Most importantly , they claim that we have received no mail whatsoever, so anything sent to us since the beginning of July has just disappeared and now we need to freeze everything because who knows who has done what with our mail.
Basically identity theft central.

This post office lost my package, its been at their facility for 4 days and has yet to be sent out for delivery.

I am not a resident of the area, however, I have noticed that when I secondhand shop online and my order is coming from Portland, things never go smoothly. I run an online business, and I'm aware of the troubles that have been plaguing USPS as a whole, especially in recent years. However, the fact that my orders get sent to the wrong sorting facilities every single time (when coming from Portland) cannot be ignored. Waiting 30-60 days for something that's supposed to show up in 3-7 days is frustrating to say the least. It's hard to want to support other small businesses when my orders from Portland specifically take 1-2 months to arrive despite how much I pay for shipping. I'm glad my local USPS hub is so helpful, because they've been the only ones to help me get my orders back on track. As a side note for people unfamiliar with how USPS works, even with their help, they can't speed things up when an order is sent to the wrong sorting facility.

Negative stars. The customer service from Veronica was terrible. I had asked if I could get mail as I forgot my key. She yelled across the counter I can do nothing for you. I even offered to give my ID. The option she gave me was I can pay for another key. I will be closing my PO box which I've had for over 10 years.

Terrible service, they can't solve my problem anymore. They delivered 3 of my parcels to the wrong address. And they haven't been able to solve my problem for a month.

Honestly the people here have incredible patience. Despite equipment failures, and long lines they managed to be kind and helpful.

Wish I could give this post office zero stars. They close earlier than the stated hours. The kiosk is consistently down. The folks working there don't seem to know what they're doing.

The people who work here are delightful and competent. Most folks only post a review when something goes wrong with a package, but that has very little to do with this location specifically.
The staff here has helped me hunt down mail and parcels (with and without tracking!), get the right forms, and generally been pleasant to work with and as helpful as possible to everyone despite being chronically understaffed.
