I had a money order with a receipt they didn't want give me my money back and I left to see if my bank could take it, didn't work because of reason so I came back told them everything and then they gave me my money after wasting time and be rude

I've had some big issues with a couple of the workers when I first started my online thrift business in March and alot of miscommunication on types of packaging for different labels and were very slow getting items scanned in causing me bad reviews
BUT.....
since moving to QR codes and strict weight limits and plain packaging it's been close to effortless and it overall keeps everybody in a good mood Thank you for working with me ☺️

I like the early hours for convenient package drops, but every time I ship a pre-stamped package from here, it takes longer than 24 hours to scan it in. I haven't had this experience with any other branch- if you have a small business, or want your packages to arrive on time in general, I'd avoid this location.

I scheduled an appointment for my son passport 4 weeks ago because it takes that much time to get an appointment. We went there to find out the passport service was canceled without any notice due to “technical issue”. There were 3 employees there but no one helped. Very disappointed!
P.S. We went to the Waterfront office the same day, and the only one employee working there helped us with the passport service even though the office did not do passport on weekends.

Richard is the most disrespectful, sarcastic man ever that will make you feel so stupid! Why do you guys let him work if this is obviously not the job for him! If he’s helping another customer and someone comes up he will rudely stop and ask the person what they want! Please get rid of him cause I will be making a complain every single time!
Everyone else there are so nice! So 1 star is for Richard only

I had a 5 star experience getting a passport application completed and sent. Aliva, I believe her name was, was quick, efficient, and professional. Make sure to get there early. I realize sometimes people even with appointments have to get rescheduled, my best advice about that is make more than one and hope for the best.

Arrived well before 5:00 and online it says they close at 6:30 today, but they refused to help me or the person in front of me in line because they said it would take them too long to help everyone in front of us in line and then it would be after 5:00. In the time it took them to explain their ridiculous policy (other locations help anyone who is inside before closing time) they could have just helped us with our packages. Pretty terrible customer service.
