This Post Office has poor reviews though I’m not sure why; in terms of mailing, there was no wait for me (two team members available) and friendly customer service. Parking was easy (small lot), so I loved not having to search for parallel parking. I was able to mail a package and get a money order with no problem. This would be my recommended NW Post Office for a friend!

Poor service, I had to pay 3.99$ for a piece of tape. Bad attitude, despite me being the only customer, they wouldn’t help me with my package. If this is a self service location, employees should not be paid to be here. The worker kept reiterating how much “less expensive USPS is compared to UPS.”This isn’t really true, because they also get our tax dollars. In any case, it’s not an excuse to be unhelpful and rude.

I didn't have "false accusations by a federal employee weaponizing her misplaced anger" on my bingo card for when I went to mail a package this morning.I asked a completely normal, calm, respectful clarifying question about placing my return address on a package. This employee retaliated immediately by falsely accusing me of being "hostile" and acting like I was a threat to her. Absolutely inappropriate and mentally unhinged behavior.I don't appreciate being falsely accused or having that kind of seething rage directed at me, so I replied in a calm tone "ok, we're done here, don't call me hostile for asking a normal question." Took my package and began to walk to the door. The employee began SCREAMING "MA'AM!! MA'AM!!! Don't act all crazy, ma'am! Come back and mail your package! Ma'am!!" This only served to reinforce to me that this woman was not someone I wanted to do business with. I raised my voice a bit and said back as I walked away "I will not be falsely accused of being 'hostile,' goodbye."She continued to scream after me over and over again. I repeated over her screaming as I walked away "no. I said no. Goodbye. I said no. Goodbye. Goodbye." Until I got to the door and left.I went to FedEx, paid 3x as much to ship, used the exact same tone of voice, and was (surprise surprise) treated like a regular human being mailing a package.I'd like to mention here how scary it was to have a federal employee falsely accuse me of being "hostile." Falsely accusing me of being a threat to her on federal property is very serious. Threatening a federal postal employee on federal property can carry very significant legal penalties. It's clear to me that this raging mentally unwell woman was weaponizing that and trying to use that power dynamic against me to punish me for asking a question.I will never use this particular USPS location again. I'd rather go out of my way and go somewhere else than ever risk being charged with a crime for 'being hostile' or threatening to a federal employee.Be better, USPS. This was truly completely unacceptable. I went online and filed a formal complaint.

Never had a issue until today. Not sure who the clerk was she had a button that said call me sir. Anyway she lied to me three times even after showing her the message that I received saying the package was ready for pickup up. Worst attitude I have ever seen. She should be fired immediately

Wow. This is only the 2nd post office in my life that was pleasant. It was actually rad. Great staff, well-staffed, and seems organized. A diamond in a sea of coal.

There is much USPS can improve about their offices. But among all the ones I have visited, this is my favorite one. The lines tend to be reasonable and the local team seems to add folks to the counter, if there is a growing queue of customers. Parking is convenient. However, USPS should think hard how to automate the pricing and labeling of standardized letters and packages so a non-experienced customer can do it confidently.

Passport services ARE available despite what other reviewers say. Gentleman who helped me was kind, efficient, and thorough. In an out within 15 minutes despite being early! Passport services located in the far end of the building closest to the empty construction lot.Other clerks were friendly and inviting as well. Great post office, thanks for everything y’all do!

This USPS location is literally rubble now. They demolished it... months ago? I don't recall, but it's been awhile and it's frankly astounding that Google hasn't updated their maps to reflect this. It isn't some small, independent business that closed as soon as they opened. It's our national mail service and Google can't accurately provide their locations. Pretty pathetic.

This is the WORST USPS U CAN GO TO I'm in a wheel chair I get off work just.minutes before they close everyday however I race as fast as I can to make it here a few days a week. This is the second time the older Hispanic guy(he wouldn't give me his name either time) saw me racing up the ramp in my push wheelchair and looked right at me at 6:29 both times and locked the door. He just can't wait to get out of here. which i understand wanting to get off work but I also have empathy and treat people how I'd want to be treated so his attitude towards me is horrible. Im literally sitting in the lobby right now bawling my eyes out cuz i dont know how im going to get to the max with all these boxes i came to drop off. I took uber here but i dont have more then 2$ in my account to get back homeSo the Max it is eventually....

This place is great. I had an appointment for my passport and everything was quick and easy—in and out in 15 minutes. No issue with the passport counter being open as the other reviews mentioned, and the staff was competent and friendly.

I went for fingerprinting services during the hours listed in the phone tree, only to find out the system is down. The clerks were nice about it, but it would be better to pick up the phone or at least update the machine so people don’t make a special trip.

“Sorting” my package for the last 6 days, even though the tracking from USPS and the website I purchased a product from have said it’s been 3 miles away. Not sure if understaffed or incompetent, but regardless of how high of a package priority I choose, I never receive them on time.Might as well have chose FedEx.
