Umm can someone tell me why I got this and why the postman didn't go up the elevator and come to my apartment as I live in an APARTMENT??? I have been home all morning as I work from home. This package contains medication that I have been waiting for. And I didn't even get a chance to sign for it!! This needs looked at immediately.Delivery Attempt: Action NeededNotice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)

No way to drop off items after closing hours. How does a post office have zero mail boxes outside the lobby? Disgraceful

Been there a few times there seems to be a long line however all staff members I’ve interacted with are kind helpful and professional.

Lost a package. It was marked as received by them and has gone nowhere for a month.

They never get the message. Long line with one person working with customers and several others hang around the counter doing something else -- but not serving the customers. I think they enjoy aggravating the public. They should wear a sign around there neck that says, "Hey, I am too busy to help you."

Drivers don’t follow delivery instructions. Good luck with any mail requiring a signature because they will not bring it to your door if you live in an apartment building nor will they leave you a notice of any kind for you to reschedule or pick it up at the location. They lose track of packages. Countless times I’ve tried to track a package or pick it up and they can’t locate it. This is unacceptable. Can drivers just do their job please?

There's no longer a mailbox on the sidewalk?! Why is this gone? Theres no way to drop off letters on a Sunday or after hours now... This is very frustrating.MAY 2023 UPDATE: they brought the sidewalk box back for a few weeks but it is now gone again... Useless

They removed the letterbox from the sidewalk so there is no longer any way to drop off mail after hours... This makes using USPS very difficult for someone who works graveyard. They literally park the mail vans right where the letterbox was. So it's not like it was too far away to go and collect.I'm sure it's not the fault of the individuals working at this location. But think about it. We're living in a world where, due to budget cuts (or something similar) the post office is no longer able to... walk outside and empty a single bin?!Let's say it takes a full 5 minutes to empty the letterbox. Let's say they used to empty it three times a day six days a week. That's 90 minutes a week. That's 78 hours a year. At $20/hr that's about $1500/yr.You're telling me USPS can't afford $1500/year?

Just want to publicly thank the Postal Carrier that delivered to my home on Jan 10. I was annoyed when an Amazon deliverer placed a package right in front of my screen door when I clearly have instructions to place on the side of the porch out of view of passers by, but I imagine sometimes they don’t care to follow delivery instructions. Well, I have my medication delivered via mail and the postal carrier always leaves it inside of my screen door. I had the picture that my Amazon delivery was already there and the postal carrier must’ve placed that package along with my medication inside of the screen door. Just a big thank you to you and that is appreciated!
