travis went above and beyond with me with his service. he not only let me in a few minutes early; he also was able to locate my package. he was also able to verify my identity for informed delivery! 5/5 for travis. i hope he has an amazing day :)

Was here today on 3/7/25. A young man with light hair was working - there was a long line but he was so friendly and helpful! 5 stars!!

Never open when people can actually get there. I work for a living and can't pick up my package that requires a signature. I requested a Saturday delivery, but that seems to be too much trouble.

Abysmal service. The older staff are often rude when it is busy (which seems to be all the time because they can only keep one person working at the desk) and are misinformed about their own services and give wrong information to customers.

Arrived well before 5:00 and online it says they close at 6:30 today, but they refused to help me or the person in front of me in line because they said it would take them too long to help everyone in front of us in line and then it would be after 5:00. In the time it took them to explain their ridiculous policy (other locations help anyone who is inside before closing time) they could have just helped us with our packages. Pretty terrible customer service.

I guess they can't find people to work, they close for lunch 130 to 230. Just the way it is these days.

i always have positive experiences at this post office! speedy and friendly workers and i can always find a spot to park. it continues to be my preferred post office :)

Staff helped to track down a package on it's way to me. It had the wrong address. Th is manager was super helpful and communicative. Updated me on progress and let e know hen he had the delivery in his hands. Excellent and courteous customer service. 10Stars. My only regret is misplacing the receipt with the QR code for feedback on that specific transaction. Give these guys good reviews if you can to help me return the favor.
