I’ve had nothing but good, helpful, and friendly service at this USPS location over a 25 year span of time. Yes, sometimes waiting in line is part of the deal, but it’s so they can give each person AHEAD OF YOU, the attention needed by their matter, which was there before YOURS.

They are always so helpful, patient, and attentive. Even when I have dumb questions or come unprepared they help me! Olivia is incredible and also taught me about media mail for books! They are a great hard working team!

They are always great, I just wish our federal government would allocate more funds to have enough staff to handle the volume they handle. Their just short staffed. So please go their prepared and don't waste everyone in lines time. If you don't know what you need look it up first fool. Otherwise everyone in line will hate you

They do the best they can with their massive workload. The line is usually a few minutes long.

I went here on a Friday afternoon. It was incredibly slow and the employees seemed to be in no hurry to move the long line along. Would not recommend.

Speedy process. Can’t say that I was impressed with the customer service. As one employee complained that it was too hot, she proceeded to throw someone’s package into the back without any regard to who was watching or how hard she threw it. And the man that helped me was minimally helpful. Hopefully next time will be better. Shame, I just moved to this neighborhood. Homeless man outside didn’t seem to bother them. I was hoping for a pleasant experience but let’s face it it’s USPS! 😔

The workers at this post office have severe attitude problems. The actual post people are really inaccurate with their deliveries. I’ve had several incidents where they’ve messed up & when I call to try to resolve the problem & I’m met with hostility & bad customer service.

No longer anywhere NEAR our favored p.o. Our disappointment results from the incompetence of their clerks, who answered our question with "maybe" ... well, people, that we will continue to patronize THIS post office can only be answered with: "MAYBE."
