There is something MISERABLY WRONG with this Post Office. That is to say: STAY AWAY, PEOPLE!

Still the worst post office in the universe. Avoid whenever possible. Literally anything that can possibly go wrong at a post office WILL happen once you enter this absolutely vile facility.

Misdelivered a package to another apartment in my building. I filed a lost mail complaint. They said they would have the carrier try to find it. Yeah right. Now I'm out what I spent for the item in the package and of course the post office is not liable.

Best post office in Portland, hands down.

Why is it that every time my package passes through this location, the tracking stops? My package seems to get stuck here every single time and ends up being over a week late of expecting delivery date.

Absolutely absurd only one employee working at all times . Even during holiday HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK FRONT COUNTER!!!!!!! AT THIS TIME (Christmas) and any other time you should NOT be having only one employee working. They are nice enough however it’s not meeting the needs of your consumers DO BETTER

Going to the post office is always a chore, but I've had the worst experience with St Johns postal service for the last six months or so. It started when I sent an email regarding outgoing mail not getting picked up for many days. The mail carrier began having conversations with my doorbell camera and even hit my mail box because apparently he didn't like that the outgoing mail was placed upright in my open mailbox (even though that has been fine for every other mail carrier). I kept all the videos but didn't report him for fear of retaliation...obviously the guy knows where I live.
Today, all of my Christmas cards were returned to my house. I send out elaborate cards every year with wax seals that I lovingly place on them. Everyone loves to receive them especially since so few cards are sent anymore. I've done this for five years without issue, but this year they were all returned to me because NOW a wax seal makes them unmachineable?! I feel like I'm on some sort of black list now. You complain about the service you pay for not being provided, and they just find ways to make things more difficult and expensive for you. I honestly wish I could move so I didn't have to deal with this post office, but that's not an option right now.

I loath going to this post office. Of all the times I've stopped in at various times and days there has never been more than the one woman working the counter. Or there's no one in there and it's the slowest service. The only constant is a long wait to complete some silly transaction. What gives?!?!?

Coming here is so dreadful , the Asian cashier sucks at her job is real slow and always has the worst attitude and clearly hates her job. Everytime I come in she’s the only one working this place needs to better their customer service and hire more cashiers

Four service counters at this post office, yet only one open and just a single clerk on shift = 1 star.

refuses to maintain their equipment, states they do not have the money for maintenance or repairs of their own equipment. Horrible attitude. Discusting customer service attitude of employee. Employee stated it's not their problem if customer can't receive mail if the usps equipment fails. Offered no alternative ways to recieve mail either.
