One of the better USPS in Portland tbh! I need to explore a few more but unlike the mall 205 and Gresham location this one is by far the best one! I enjoy the staff here always good service and never usually a long line or wait.

I came in to get a PO box and was helped by manager Michelle. I had all the required documents and still refuse to give me the PO box. She told me that my voter registration card could be fake and that anybody can get one. I think that she should work on her customer service skills I learned how voting actually works.

I love less than a mile from this location and drop my packages here often in the no-contact drop box. I have only dealt with the staff a few times but I had no problems there either.
If you can't guess from the other reviews, no they do not provide tape for you or print your labels. If you need tape you need to buy it somewhere like everyone else. This seems pretty standard to me but what do I know? Lol

I hate to give this whole office 1 star because it is only one staff in there- middle aged Asian women- bringing the whole location down. She was incredibly rude and impatient with my disabled friend. I asked her not to be rude because everybody understands things differently and she got ruder. I'm not sure how you can go about your life being this way to people.

Michelle is absolutely unhinged. She is condescending and rude, zero customer service skills. I don’t know how she still has a job there.

Manager Michelle refused to help me when I came with a package and asked them to print the return label for me. I also asked to use a piece of tape to seal my package and was told I’d need to buy a roll. I came to this location less than 6 months ago with the exact same situation and had no problems. They printed my return label and sealed my package for me no problem.

I'm going to make a comment that everyone else on here has made; the cashier Michelle is a complete jerk and has no business working with the public. She gave me a strangely weird time mailing off a package and when I addressed her attitude she immediately became defensive and when asked she claimed to be the one in charge of that particular Post office!! When I pressed her for details she recanted being our Post Master and gave me a bogus number to call about her professional behavior.

Every time I go here they know me and have a smile on their face. With the area they are at and the things they deal with they keep a good attitude. Sometimes in customer service if the customer brings negative energy then it is mirrored.

I read so many reviews about the Michelle who works here and I am here to throw out into the mix that she was extremely helpful and personable, there was an insane line so I got to listen to how she helped each person and she was not rude or impatient with a single person, idk what y’all are on about because she was sweet and went out of her way to retape all of our packages to make sure they got where they were going safely and joked with me and my wife and complimented our taste in jewelry so enough of the Michelle slander. 5 stars for Michelle.
