Why does USPS not ring my doorbell or attempt to deliver a package. They leave notice. Every. Single. Time. Even when I'm home for required signing packages? Do you like making things harder? For me? For your coworkers? For yourself? Just generally bewildered by today's laziness and inefficiency.

I don’t know why the post office insists on leaving a review and telling them how they did when clearly they don’t care or do anything about how the staff treat customers. The reviews are already terrible because of how customers are treated. I also understand working in customer service is really difficult and people are not kind but when a customer isn’t being rude I don’t understand the need to automatically be rude. Not sure if my review will even leave an impact but one the staff members was so rude to me it sent me to a mental breakdown so hope that helps.

I went there today as I normally ship my business products through them multiple times. The white lady with a ton of make up at the front counter was soo rude because I didn't provide a return address, she refused to ship my items with an attitude even though I had my business logo on the package. I understand that a return address is good if it gets lost, thats why they have tracking # for.. As a business owner I do not want people to know where I live. I was not happy at all..

I went on a week day between 8:30 and 9:30. The woman at the counter was fast and friendly. There were a few people there, but there wasn't a long line.

I went to ask for information about passports (06/13/25) and the guy there was so rude. He was so condescending “Oh wow very nice you have your forms… you need an appointment” He just recited that there’s no walk in’s and when I ask something he went to the calendar and said “LIKE I SAID YOU HAVE TO COME ANOTHER DAY” so
Loud and rude. I just walk away humiliated by his poor customer service. It was so humiliating.. so rude for no reason. If he doesn’t like his job he can find something else.

When I have things shipped to me from anywhere in the lower states, my packages always end up late due to the offices in Portland, Oregon and calling the USPS number is a waist of time as wellbecause they only see what you see, on your phone or computer.

This location is consistently unorganized and has always been an incredibly long wait Every time because they usually only have one and maybe two people working the counter at a time which doesn’t necessarily make sense considering it is the most central location and so it tends to be very busy.
