Bad passport service. Women works on 09/22/2025 at 1:30 pm must be fired. She is the most disrespectful, sarcastic women! Why do you guys let her work if this is obviously not the job for her. She doesn’t know what she need to do. she refused my child's passport application because I gave her Consular Report of Birth Abroad. She told me she need Us Birth Certificate. I told her my boy born in Vietnam so my son only have CRBA. She told me go to Vital Record to get Us Birth Certificate, or go to USCIS office to ask them what I need to do. I told her you just need CRBA but she told me Us Birth Certificate only. She told me go to other US Postal Service to ask them. I walk about 5 steps, i came back to ask her question, she told me “ you need to get line again if you have question”. After that I go to US Ps at 745 Nw Hoyt with out opointment. I told the men do passport what happen with me, he said CRBA is the right one to do passport for my Son. He does passport for my son without apointment. he except my boy application with CRBA. Thank you so much for help me.

I would give zero stars if I could. My family hired a lawyer to help with passport renewals. We had an appointment at this location and the woman helping us didn’t want to do any of the steps the lawyer laid out for us. We have ALWAYS done it this way. The lawyer provided everything needed, including the correct envelope to mail everything in, but the woman refused to do it the way the lawyer laid it out, which was THE CORRECT WAY. Now the entire trip had to be post-poned because of an ignorant postal worker. Was it racism? Maybe. We knew she screwing it all up and we tried desperately to get her to do it the way the lawyer laid out and she spoke to us like we were mentally disabled. I do not recommend doing your passports here. You will lose thousands of dollars having to move your trip around. And now my kids are going to miss a chunk of school because of this post office workers mistake.

Like many others, just a remarkably unpleasant passport interaction. I approached the counter with a smile and a “hey there, friend,” and it went only downhill from there. She was argumentative, commanding, and demanded information beyond what the application, which I filled out on the state department website through their utility that morning, asked for. She had no patience to explain what she was doing, to walk me through her process. As I filled out a second application in the lobby, I watched her be curt with customer after customer, lecturing an older woman about filling out addresses at her window, refusing to tell the price of something to another and commanding her to instead look at the screen. An entirely terrible interaction that could have been avoided if she had any soft skills to speak of.

Very bizarre customer service. Unclear, condescending, awkward. Obviously they don't care, but just avoid this location for trying to send anything that involves interacting with their staff.

Do not go here for passports. Coco is rude and condescending AND gives incorrect information. Based on the reviews on here, she picks and chooses whom to help versus actually doing her job. Unless you enjoy conflict and stress, stay away!!

They have a post on the wall for passport hours, we walked in, and we had told that they don't take walks in?

Usually busy. Service is a little slow but decent. Depends on who you’re working with and how they’re doing at that moment I think. Mostly good customer service.

I was told that “I wouldn’t shut up” by the person doing passport applications, Ana. SHE WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE PERSON IVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH. She started our appointment 20 minutes late then after 5 minutes of our start time, she goes “I’ll reschedule your appointment” because the application wasn’t ready yet and was going to be in a couple of minutes. Mind you, our 2 appointments were supposed to be HALF AN HOUR and we were only 5 minutes in. All of that was because I was helping my little two sisters complete such important applications. She is unbelievably rude, the manager should fire her immediately. She talks like she owns the place and if anything doesn’t go her way, she threatens to cancel the application as if our passports depend on her signing or not. I cannot understand how does she still work there when there are many people having horrible experiences with her..

*WARNING* DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT THE LADY IS ACTUALLY AWFUL.
I truly felt like I just wasted $180 I got an appointment did everything ahead of time reading everything and at the end she literally told me they probably won't accept my application because of my signature... Oh and I can guarantee they intentionally took my passport photo wrong and didn't say anything because they just didn't want to do it again.

Worst passport person possible. Refused to take a passport photo for our son which resulting in us not being able to attend our appointment.

I had an awful experence with Coco. I had a schduled appointment at 12:15pm I get there at 12:05 pm and wait in the line at 12:10 pm the clerk lets me know that she took a break and will be back and let me wait. I waited until 12:26 pm to be seen. Just for Coco to say that my under 16 Passport won't work and i need my birth cerifcate. I noted that she was mistaken and that my current passport works as proof of citizenship, I pointed it out to her on the DS-11. She said i was wrong, I let her know that I called and confirmed this before making the appointment. She still said i was wrong and told me i would need to get a copy of my birth cercricate. She refused to help me or let me speak, i left and called the passport help line and again confirmed that my under 16 passport that is fully vaild, undamaged not expired passport would work. I wasted my time and waited a month for this appointment. Mind you because she did not help me until almost 12:30 pm all her other appointments were showing up so i left embarressed and not fully convinced that she didn't just deny me just so she stayed on schedule.
