We had such a great experience with Ben! We came in needing a passport, and he was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish despite being very busy. He walked us through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel so easy and smooth. Thank you so much, Ben for your outstanding service we truly appreciate you!

This was the best postal experience I have ever had, Ben was so helpful and kind. He walked us through the whole process from start to finish and made sure that everything went smoothly, as well as giving us helpful tips on how to get our passport faster. Terrible customer service. I asked about a letter I was notified via email that I would receive the day I went in and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am changing my PO Box to UPS soon.

go somewhere else for fingerprinting (yes fieldprint and other private companies can fingerprint for FBI background checks, TIL). I paid $50 just for my prints to be rejected by the FBI. I've never had an issue with my fingerprints before. The machine here seemed terrible, and the employee, as others have said, was not a joy to work with.

I had to go to this location because I needed fingerprinting services and woah let me tell ya, Bruce was insanely rude. And it was more than just him being short HE SWATTED MINE AND MY HUSBANDS HANDS WHILE GETTING FINGERPRINTS. We were very calm and chill about it because we needed the services but I've never been literally swatted multiple times by a public employee for no reason and just had to stand there and take it. This wasn't just rude, this was straight up disrespectful and degrading. And he's just gonna get away with it because clearly they don't care.

Bruce is so rude. How do you work there but don’t have the answers to basic questions. With a gross attitude @ that… I Couldn’t even get an answer on how much it would cost to send something through certified mail because the response I got was “not much” and then you walk away?! .. lucky I don’t hop over that counter dude😒 This office is the closest to my house, but I will definitely be traveling further from now on.

Haven't been treated so rudely or rushed out of a place without being helped in a long time. Had appointment and was a few minutes early for and after waiting several minutes past I was told I didn't have enough time left. Deliberate and very poor customer service.

To add to the long list of complaints, this branch list their hours for passport walk-ins on the website but when I arrive, there is a sign that says they dont accept passport walk-ins any more due to short staffing.
What a waste of time.

I usually never leave bad reviews but this Asian guy that works there literally needs to be reported for so many things. I came in one time for my passport papers and he kept saying no to so many things as if he knows what he’s talking about and I went to another location and they ended up helping me just fine. The other day I went to return a package and he was rude for no reason and kept acting bossy and he ended up sending the return package back to my house today. If this guy is kept at this location, people are gonna keep writing bad reviews about him and it’ll only get worse. I hope somebody fires this irresponsible guy because he’s only harming the company.

I visit this amazing post office almost every day as I have an online bookstore which requires me to mail books across the United States and around the world. In the 4 years that I've frequented this post office, I have got to know most of the staff here on a first name basis! I admire how well they operate because they are often understaffed and over worked, but they still always greet me with a smile and a positive attitude. I also love that this post office is one of the few that is open on Saturdays and until 6 pm on weekdays, which is an hour latter than most in the Portland area. I see a lot of negative reviews about this location and I scratch my head and wonder why and then I realize that most people only leave reviews when they want to complain and few think to take time out of there day to leave positive feedback. I just want to say that in the thousands of times I've mailed packages here, I've never had a negative experience at this awesome store! They all deserve a raise! Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member was disappointing. She disregarded the information available on the website and was unhelpful when I sought assistance. Additionally, her tone was unnecessarily loud and unfriendly. I would not recommend this location based on my visit.

I live two blocks away from this post office 220 se 106th Ave.Today My postman who I never met went way out of his way to get my package in my hand rather than leave a notice and have me go to the POST Office.I wanted to call his supervisor to thank him for having a great guy on his crew.I tried to get the number of that Office found it impossible 😀

Completely useless & incompetent. What little staff there has no clue what they're doing & absolutely refuses to even click a button to be of any help, all they want to do is yell NEXT! Literally myself & the 3 people in front of me had simple questions & we had to ask the guy multiple times just to look at his screen.
