How long does it take to send a small hand size package from Portland Oregon to San Diego California? The package is stocked at your office for 3 days and there is no information about it. Is this United States post service standard??

Will you please correct the wrong info on the phone machine?I wasted time because the machine said this facility takes walk-ins on passport services from 2pm to 3pm on Wednesdays, so other people don't waste their time.

No staffing, no parking, and the self-service machine never works.

Ridiculous wait in line with only ONE person at the counter. Come on USPS, you charge us a fortune to ship stuff so hire more staff.

Been trying to get the supervisor here to resolve a mailkey situation for the last 2 months with the answer I keep getting being "I'll get the key when I have time". It's been since November and it's the SAME ANSWER ever time. This place needs to get it together. I should add, the workers in talked to where very polite and helpful, its the supervisor that keeps giving me this answer.

USPS website states it has a 24-hojr kiosk. I'm here on Sunday and it is not open. Clearly they do not have accurate information ever.

When I arrived at the post office at 400 SE 103rd Dr. in Portland, Oregon send an urgent letter with documents. Bruce was behind the counter. He was incredibly rude when I asked for two envelopes, and then when I returned to him with signed envelopes, I asked what kind of mailing I could use to get the documents as quickly as possible, and handed him two large envelopes with documents, he threw I returned the envelopes and said that he would not serve me, so that I would look for another post office. When I asked if he could be kind to me, I just need his help, he raised his voice, saying, "you hear" I will not serve you, step aside and left the table to the side. as I had to to urgently send these letters, I tried to ask his partner to accept my two letters with documents, to which she reacted just as rudely and with mockery, supporting her colleague. I understood and felt that they were laughing at my accent, that they did not hate my nation. I asked the girl the name and surname of the guy who was rude to me and refused to serve me.She reluctantly answered me with disdain for his name BU. I once again asked her the full name of her goleg, after which she gave his full name "Bruce"Since it was humiliating and attracted attention behind the people in the line, I left with tears in my eyes without sending a letter with documents. It was a bad experience at this post office, that I was even afraid to leave documents there, even if heI am sure that kind, thinking people work in this branch, I just have not met such people yet. Their behavior is really disrespectful and humiliating.

Yep, as expected by other reviewers, I found the lines long, the staff rude, and they didn't have stamps. A post office without stamps is like a donut shop without donuts.
