I've bought cigars from here too, and they even seen alcohol so you don't even have to do an extra trip to the convenience store for that.”

“Came in 7/5/23 and was helped by Adam. He was able to mix me a custom vape juice at any nicotine level I wanted and it is the best I've tasted in a long time. “It's difficult to express all the positives without being overly wordy, so I'll keep it brief… Above all, the customer service stands out, and Jacob excels in this area. He's generally who I deal with during my visits, so I'll focus on him. That said, this praise extends to the whole team and the owners—I just prefer not to list everyone by name. The store is consistently stocked with high-quality products; I've never found them lacking anything I needed or wanted. The customer interactions are top-notch. Jacob and the crew at Smoker R Us are incredibly amiable and well-informed. This kind of service is something we need more of in Portland. Of course, there are other stores around, but it's important to recognize why I go the extra mile to visit the Burnside location: it's because of the welcoming atmosphere. Hats off to the leadership team; please continue this excellent work, and again, great job Jacob.”
