I went into the store were we buy our phones. There was one employee, no customers. I explained that my Galaxy S8 was not accepting voice mail and asked him if he could figure it out. He took the phone, tried one thing and said I cannot help you. He said I must call their technical support number. He did not give me the number until I asked. I went home, worked on the phone again and in about 5 minutes found the problem and solution. I have noticed, the last few times in, that this location's service has gone downhill. Too bad as it is a convenient location. We may have to try elsewhere when we replace our phones.

Beware: this is really not a proper Verizon store - it’s not operated by Verizon. $70+ for a phone screen protector. $50 restocking fee. Etc. etc.

I don’t understand why there isn’t at least two of employees working here at all times. the lines are unreal. I came in wanting to purchase a screen protector, and had to wait almost 2 hours just to buy something that would have probably taken 30 anywhere else. the one employee working here is a good guy. I can tell he works very hard, and maybe he could use some more support and the help of another person…

Great place, awesome representative working at the place. But I am mainly reaching out to Verizon so they can look into adding more workers to the place. I came here during the week day and there was 1 worker working. There were 5 people in line and personally I had to wait for a very long period of time till it was my turn. I understand having one person working during the weekend but during a busy business day is unacceptable.

Came in to ask a question about a new iPhone 13 business line not being able to sync & transfer data. Was told I would have to pay $34.95 to have them show me how to finish the set up. That's a bad policy considering my company just purchased about 10 of these overpriced iPhone 13's. Good way to lose a big account.

Jessica helped me replace/upgrade my phone very affordably and easily. She also helped us identify an internet solution for our tiny house which was a good deal more affordable than typical wifi plans. She explained everything, was very proficient in the details, and also let us know that our plan had an opportunity to save $80/month! She even came and held the door for me when I entered which was very helpful because I’m currently on crutches. She didn’t try to oversell me/wasn’t pushy, which I greatly appreciated. Left satisfied and appreciative for the quick, efficient service.

About a year ago I went to this store to get a new phone for and give my daughter my iPhone and had a terrible experience when a Victra employee failed to check my phone to confirm it was eligible for a free upgrade. That one mistake triggered a cascade of issues that took me about 6 months to mostly resolve (mainly issues with my account that were created by their mistake but also w/ a Verizon internet box). I now need a new phone because the one I had to settle w/ due to their mistake didn't have enough memory to meet my needs or for software updates. What I learned is that Victra stores do NOT provide the same level of service as a corporate Verizon store. I will never go to a Victra store again and will always go to a Verizon corporate store or order online to do any Verizon purchases. I suggest asking lots of questions before committing to anything at a Victra store.

I'm sure it's a lovely place, but I had an appointment scheduled for today during business hours and when I showed up the store was closed, with no explanation signs.
