Kaiitlyn was SUPERB! In addition to doing what I specifically requested, without my actually asking, when I described a problem I'd been having, she solved it! (Apple tech support had been unable to solve when I called about that issue.)

Great recovery at the 7422 Barbur Blvd store appreciate the error they corrected after big screw up at 7700 Dartmouth store by the employee - will come back to Eeka!Your store outperformed again - last day of the year and we needed help with a Christmas gift of an Apple Watch at 4:35 PM - closing at 5:00 PM - Kaitlyn never made us feel rushed and she set it all up so this spry 78-year old with a new Apple watch could get her steps and make a call - Kaitlyn was brilliant - even demonstrated a call on her watch! Cheers! Fantastic place to end the year in your Verizon Store - headed home to celebrate!! Cheers!!!

Kaitlyn stayed over an hour after closing time to help myself and 2 other customers. She really went above and beyond to get us set up while being extremely polite, courteous, and professional. This woman deserves a raise.

Garbage experience. Went here to trade in a phone. Was told we would get 415$ off the current phone for the trade in. Only ended up getting 76$ credit to the account. Had to go to three different Verizon stores only to find out apparently my account can’t be accessed or changed unless at the store I got it from. Sweet so now I end up back here after driving around for an hour to find out there is 1 person working at the store at 4pm on a Sunday. Waited over an hour and a half to even get helped. Now how long will I last until something else goes wrong on my account and I have to do this over again. Thanks Verizon!!

I went to this location and I couldn't be happier that I did! Kaitlyn was AMAZING. We had issues when calling customer service (who was extremely rude and demeaning to Kaitlyn.. telling her basically that she didn't know how to do her job). Granted, while the dude kept putting her on hold, Kaitlyn was able to figure it all out on her own. Between her and Kalleah, it was a fun (and entertaining!) experience. These girls are awesome.... They will take care of everything you need! Thank you, ladies!! Oh, and Kalleah even went so far as to order a "brownie" (ended up a full on lava cake!) with her delivery dinner for Kaitlyn and I since the guy has us on hold for so long! Bless her heart Definitely go to this location!! They will take good care of you!

Exceptional customer service today which made upgrading my iPhone a very simple and easy process. Kaitlyn did not apply any unnecessary pressure to upgrade or buy certain accessories to go with my new phone, which was completely refreshing. Will not hesitate to return to upgrade my wife’s phone at this store.

Kalleah a Caucasian curly blond haired young woman is extremely prejudiced and absolutely ruined my day and made me feel less then human!! She refused to honor my 11am appointment today after 5 days of inconveniences and technical issues with my family ( in which we tried to be very nice respectful and understanding because things happen right?) trying to switch phone plans. I was the only mixed/ dark skin interaction (my family is Caucasian) I had seen her have over these days and I was wearing a “Non-Bino-Saur” t shirt today. She refused to see me even 10 min later after my appointment time and insisted on helping the other Caucasian customers instead of/ before me when I had made an appointment for 11am today because she blew off my 2:45pm verbal made appointment the night before. When I tried to record that she was refusing my appointment she refused to repeat what she said on camera or write it down, email it to me, or anything then tried to kick me out of the store for recording to have evidence to show a manager!! I then called Verizon customer care they were wonderful!!!!! They tried multiple times to call the store with me on the line while I was in the parking lot to inform her she was not following the standards of conduct and she ignored all of their calls!!??I then tried to re-enter the store with customer care on the line and THEY repeatedly tried to tell her she was breaking their rules and code of conduct and she threatened calling the cops! If there’s a manager who would like to apologize or speak with me, I would be more than happy to have a conversation but this was the most disgusting and flagrant display of prejudiced behavior with no consequences, I’ve ever seen and I pray that Kalleah is reprimanded and or fired for her absolutely abhorrent behavior and treatment towards minorities!

Those ladies were awesome. I forget her name, but I believe she’s the manager of this store was absolutely amazing. She helped us way more than the corporate store, and was great to talk to. Kaitlyn was awesome too, juggling our order while helping another customer figure their own phones out. Both of them were in such great moods. We’ll definitely be going back for future needs!
