So I am not a fan of the idea of Victoria secret. However, I recently lost 70lbs. I had no idea what my bra size is. I was greeted by a lovely saleswoman. She measured me, found bras to my liking, and I as very professional. In my 20's, I shopped there all the time. Because I could. Being able to shop there again, is amazing. And to have someone so sweet and knowledgeable was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. She deserves all the kudos. I'll be back.

I visited this mall with my daughter who lives in Portland. We were here the week after New Year's, so it was pretty busy in most of the stores due to after-holiday sales and the extended "Boxing Day" spirit (lol!). Lots of folks returning or exchanging gifts they received or checking out if there were any sales going on. Suffice it to say, the stores were busy, and this Victoria's Secret was no exception. I was surprised that the mall's Pink store was not attached to this Victoria's Secret store. I have never seen these two stores not attached. (The Pink store is on the same floor as this VS, but around a corner, not visible from VS). They were having a sale here and there were bins of undies and bras in circular displays, categorized by size (for the most part. Many items were put by customers in the incorrect bins, so you really had to sift through them all to find what you want). But find things, we did, and at a pretty good price, too, so we were pleased! I like how a friendly employee greeted us and offered us a basket while we were looking through all the bins. I would say this VS is typical of all the other VS stores I've been in. Same merchandise (naturally), same basic store lay-out, same price points, same everything. So if you like this store in other cities or malls, you'll like this one here. It's very typical of the VS brand, in every way.

I live 1 hour away from here. I was having a girls day with my bestie and we came shopping here and I got TWO sets of thigh high tights that I payed for along with some other items I had purchased. The employee tried to place my items in a smaller bag at first and then realized that she had to put them in a bigger bad as I had too much for the small bag. I asked if ALL of my items were placed in my larger bag and she said yes and I came all the way home (once again 1 hour away from this place) and I came to realize she did NOT place my tights in the larger bag and they did not slip out in the car or anything. I payed nearly $40 for those two sets of tights only to drive all the way back home without them even being in my bag.

Extremely Bias!!! This store does not carry a triple D. How can they not provide you with a size if they are a bra store. " sorry we do not carry your size throughout our whole store but we can order it and have it shipped to your house free." However, you can't try it on. Discrimination against a persons size. I guess pink by VS is for little kids.

Tried to make an exchange because the sales associate gave me the wrong bra last time, and was treated like a criminal because I'd taken the tag off. The sales associates would send me to a section of the store where "someone will meet you to help you," but I was left to fend for myself. Got a lot of dirty looks. Nobody offered to help. And then after all that waiting, they still wouldn't do the exchange for me. Got shown some fine print, and received a phone number to call. Left a bad taste in my mouth due to the lack of customer service, and on top of that, I may be out money for the sales associate's mistake.

I returned some PJ's with a gift receipt valued at $40 that I received for Christmas. Just as the cashier asked me how I wanted the return she pushed the button and returned the purchase to the original buyer who had given me the pjs for Xmas. So, after talking with a manager I walked out of the store without the pj's or the money or a credit. I will never shop there again! Don't shop at Victoria Secret Washington Square. They are idiots!

Let me start out by saying, I work in retail so I understand the lack of hiring quality help. However that is no excuse to hire rude people, or keep associates that are obviously unhappy with their jobs. My daughter ( who is 6 months pregnant), and I where in your Pink store located in the Washington square mall. We where there to get some panties and yoga pants and a couple bras, as we weren't able to get in there for a couple of years due to Covid, so we were excited. We asked for some measurements from Bailey, (that's what the manager said her name was). She was helping another associate with a question, which at the time we didn't know. when we asked her she was rude and short with us saying she couldn't help us. We walked away, having the measuring tape that the store provided we went into a corner and I proceeded to try and measure my daughter. This Bailey came back over and started to make excuses to us on why she didn't help us. Which didn't matter because she didn't say anything to that effect or even to tell us she would call someone to help us. We told her no we got it. A minute or so later she came back over to proceed to tell us she was the manager there, (later finding out she was not) my daughter asked if she could have someone to measure her, this Bailey walked away, (after snatching the measuring tape from around my daughters neck and scratches her from her very long nails) so we decided we would just try them on, my daughter goes to the fitting rooms to see 6 people in line and no one to help the fitting room area, so I go searching, and I come across this Bailey again standing in the middle of the floor with another associate talking, I wait maybe a minute before I interrupt, that people needed help and their just standing there talking. They say their talking business, (I'm wondering if this is true why are they doing it on the salesfloor?) so I do continue to scold them that people are waiting for help as they stand there. Bailey starts again how she offered help, and we declined, (no she refused to help) but ppl needed help at the fitting rooms. I then asked for her name and she refused to give it to me, but did offer for me to talk to the manager, which wasn't her, makes me question her ethics at this point because she had just said earlier she was the manager. So not trusting her I declined, she is still refusing to give me her name so eventually I say yes I will talk to the manager. She walks off and I follow her, she goes in what I guess is the back room, I stop short of that, and I can hear her talking very badly about me and my daughter. So I step into that area and I say "I am right here". This Bailey starts speaking loudly, stating how I followed her back there screaming the whole time. Which I wasn't , I assume she didn't know I was there otherwise she wouldn't have been talking so awful about us. Needless to say it is obvious she hates her job and her customers. We won't be back, to many other wonderful stores to shop in. My suggestion would be even being short on help, to only hire people that want to be there. I am requesting a letter of apology from this Bailey. Upon request from you I will send my email address.
