Belinda was incredible. My glasses were seriously bent, and she straightened them perfectly. She was professional, friendly, and welcoming. I will use this location inside Fred’s at 1111 NE 102nd, Portland, in the future. I highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome! They said 7-14 business days and my glasses were back in 9 days. The price was far less then Keiser who wrote the prescription. The friendliness of the ladies who work in this location is top notch! Definitely will always take my prescriptions to this location while living in the area.

Made an appointment on the 14th of March eye doctor calls in sick so i reschedule another appointment on the 28th of March and the eye doctor calls in sick again wow not good customer service

They will do everything they can within policy to help you get your glasses right. Also their optometrist is one of the best in the Metro area.

Prescription was way off. I could not see out of the left eye. I went to Vision Works at Lloyd Center and they did a great job. Now I can see.

they cancelled my appoint to come in for a contact exam 3 times in a row. the doctor never comes in.

I went in today for a pair of sunglasses that fit over my regular eyeglasses. The young lady working the store was extremely helpful and even cleaned off my glasses and remove the sticker on them before giving them to me. Great service!

Not a fan of the lack of customer service. Some of them act like they don't want you in the store. A couple of you guys act like people come in to get at you. Clearly you're misreading something. Customers tend to make small talk. Just because some of you guys don’t know how to communicate, doesn’t mean people are trying to be boyfriend or take you out on a date.There's a black woman and a Hispanic woman, step up with the customer service.

I've gone to Vists Optical for a few years now but more in the last year because my mother and I both wear glasses and need them adjusted. I've gone to other stores too but none as pleasant and customer service-oriented as Shereeda who is always there when I come in. No job is too complicated and she always has a reassuring way about her. She does everything with a positive, knowing attitude and does it on the spot most times and if not, the next day. I can't say enough good about Vista in Fred Meyer in the Gateway Shopping Center. And it's all due to the young woman Shereeda (sp?) that runs it. I don't know if it's a franchise or what but if she doesn't own it, she SHOULD or at the very least be promoted. I don't review lightly because over the course of SEVERAL times I've dropped in, she's always given me the best of her time and exemplary service.

They fixed my frames and didn’t charge any service fee. I had not even purchased the glasses at Vista but at Costco. They said no problem, and the technician was was very nice about it. Hard to find that helpfulness just anywhere!

I asked for scratch resistant lenses & paid for such. The first time l wiped them with a special eye glass cloth they scratched. Talked with the sales associate who said manager would call me back. She did not call but the associate did. I can get 30% off a new set of lenses. They did not give me what l paid for.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! EVEN THE SALES ARE BOGUS!

The manager told me she would make sure my glasses came back properly. The valses did not come back properly. The lenses were smaller then the frame. This would cause the lenseS to fall out . I did not accept the glasses and ask for a refund. The manager told me it would be 7-10 days for the money to be refunded to me because I wrote a check. However the money still has not been refunded to me and it has been 11 days . The manager states she does not know what is going on with my refund or when the money wI’ll be refunded to me. When I asked for specific dates. I asked her to find out today and she said she won’t because it is a doctor day. I expect this to be resolved right away. the service so far is incompetent in every aspect . The manager insulted me and would not admitt that they really messed up
