I bought a Vvolt last year and since then it has become my primary mode of transportation. It's so fun to ride and I can get most places in about the same amount of time it'd take in a car, especially when you factor in time finding parking.
I had an issue with my battery recently. The Vvolt team was responsive and quickly worked to get me back on the road. It made me glad I paid a bit more to buy a locally made bike, rather than buying online.

My e-bike (not a Vvolt bike) suddenly had super low tire pressure on the front tire during a long ride one day, and this shop was nearby. The employees working there were so kind and patient in lending me a bike pump. They even helped me figure out how to use the pump when I found it to be different from the pumps I'm familiar with. I super appreciate the help they provided to a cyclist in need, and I have no doubt they would be a great shop to buy a bike and gear from!

I've had a Vvolt bike for about 2 years now and absolutely love it. Belt drive bikes are a game changer, much less maintenance and no greasy pant legs. The folks here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have bikes to test ride and if you are local you can pick up your bike here.
Finally, the support if you do ever have an issue is truly top notch.

We love our VVolt bikes. We have had them 4 years now and just started using them regularly. With bad knees the pedal assists makes it hard day for us to ride with little pressure on our knees. We researched before buying and VVolt is one of the best and not made in China. Woohoo!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. Please please please look no further if you’re considering an e-bike. They check all the best boxes: belt drive, CVT (on some models), mid motor, no proprietary parts, great customer service, 3 year warranty (EVEN ON REFURBISHED MODELS), and very competitive pricing.
Big shoutout to Sam, he helped me purchase 2 refurbished e-bikes, the Sirius and an Alpha S. He was so patient with me in all my questions as a novice cyclist buying a first e-bike. He helped coordinate pickup times, and more than tolerated my many emails and phone calls. He took about 20 minutes to discuss best maintenance and longevity practices with each of the bikes, and answered every question thoughtfully.
I'm so happy with the products and service I’ve received, and wish ViaVolt nothing but success with all of their future business endeavors.
