Answer the phone. Seriously. You have had my prescription for two weeks. I have called three times. First, gave up after 45 minutes, second, you answered after 50 minutes to tell me you ordered it and would call me back, I have currently been on hold as the next caller in line for an hour and counting. And while you're at it, please change the RIDICULOUS every 30 second interruption to tell me you'll be with me shortly. Clearly not.

The pharmacy and staff are all friendly and very helpful from finding items to picking up prescriptions. No waiting at all.

I am sitting on hold right now trying to find out why they wouldn’t fill my prescription other than “insurance issues” whatever that means and I am now going on 2 1/2 hours on hold.

As others have mentioned, the lines here are painfully long. Worse yet, they runa drivethru simultaneously with the inside line, but don't have dedicated staff to run both. Instead one unfortunate person is forced to run both windows. Keep in mind that this 30+ minute line is at midday on a Tuesday. On the weekend I simply gave up because the line stretched for an entire aisle. Perhaps the store should hire more staff or shut down their drive thru.

Ridiculous wait times in lines, phone is almost never answered. Give wrong info about readiness of prescription. Time to switch to CVS or costco.

Checked in 8 minutes early, two people ahead of us for vaccinations. Took over 30 minutes after our appointment time to get seen for ONE vaccination. The person ahead of us got finished, left, and it took 15 minutes more before they called us in. They need more staff; this is ridiculous.
Once we got in, the staff were nice and it was very fast, but it took forever to get seen, and we were almost late for our next appointment. Do not schedule an appointment unless you have at least 45 minutes of wiggle room.

They were out of stock on my medication for like 2 weeks, kept saying they were about to get more in soon. My wife came to get her 30 day supply of antidepressants and they only gave her 5 pills and said they might have more in stock in 8-10 days but couldn't guarantee anything.. you do the math. Needless to say we switched to Safeway pharmacy and we've been able to have our prescriptions filled quickly and accurately ever since.

I don't know if this can further negative. Worst service. Pharmacists are rude and doesn't smile or greet or regret for bad service ( they seems to be over worked and under paid ). I went in morning and they were not ready with prescription. Went in evening and waited 30 minutes in drive though before some speak to tell that we will talk soon . I wave my hand to get attention from close mirror. They don't respond to call ( most likely they have disabled call button internally ). I am going to other pharmacy or location next ( might need to drive) .

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they'll be ready. It's one frustrating attempt after another to try to pick up your medication.
They really need to evaluate their processes and make some improvements.

Lean staff, often temporarily closed, not necessarily long lines but long wait times as a result when the cashier is working the window and drive thru.

Another month another issue with getting my scripts. Last month lost the script. This month like so many others not correct ordering. So now again important live saving meds have to wait. This place is dangerous. Do not go here please.
