After nearly a week, they still haven't approved my meds. Terrible pharmacy, incredibly slow service. I highly recommend not using Walgreens Pharmacy if you can avoid it.

MEAN pharmacy staff! They should not be working there if they have such an anger issues so easily agitated. People with medical problems are coming to them and this is how you treat them!

Pharmacy shows no professionalism or phone etiquette. Does no research on their side of things. Mai the Lead at the time was of no help and chose to argue over the phone, instead of confirming any concerns. Altogether not good service especially for anything with any form of urgency.

The verdict on my closest pharmacy? ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯ It’s been okay in a pinch. I’m used to the gulag-feel of the empty shelves, the scary music they play outside to keep the houseless encampments away and everything that they actually still sell being locked up (no tobacco products!) I’ve had good luck with the pharmacy staff for my prescriptions but I definitely get there quick, when anything is filled! If you sleep on this place, they will close the shutters on you at 2:00pm, without notice (just a note on the door). I don’t blame the employees - corporate can’t seem to keep them adequately paid and staffed. Good luck getting your medication in this late sage capitalist wasteland 🤞✌️

The place looked ransacked. Half of the shelves were empty. No one available to help. Made me feel uncomfortable just being in this husk of a store.

It's extra creepy in here. It doesn't feel safe. I was picking up prescription meds and some random person asked me for spare change.
The products were also all over the place. The toys looked gross. This is a awful shopping experience. I feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with this.

Lost my prescription! Moved my prescription to past orders in my app, even though we were there to pick it up the same day it was prescribed and successfully sent to pharmacy right when they opened. It was not a past order as it had not been picked up, but they refused to help and said they didn’t have it. After waiting hours they suddenly said they could fill it but it would still be 20 minutes. Whatever, already waited all morning anyway. I would leave this review here to let people know that if you have any important medicine you need, to not use this pharmacy. They can say you received your prescription when you ever have, and turn you away and you won’t be able to get your medication!

This place is terrible, they decided to close early (like 2 pm) in the middle of the week, not just a lunch break, like they literally kicked out all the customers

Despite making an appointment weeks in advance, the pharmacy called today to cancel my appointment and forced me to wait an entire week and adjust my schedule. When asked that they do some to take responsibility for their lack of staffing or compensate me for their inability to staff, I was coldly told to call corporate and hung up on.

They had an isle closed with signs up that said ask for assistance. I asked for someone to let me in to look. He had to stand there and babysit me while I looked through the oral care section. Eventually it was so uncomfortable that I told him that I was going to be a while, and he, just as annoyed as I was, said that he couldn’t leave me alone in the isle. I told him id just find a different store and he waved me goodbye.

My own experiences with the pharmacists has been excellent, they've been very helpful despite shortages they have no control over. But one less star for the difficulties Walgreen is having in staffing and keeping it open predictably, that's definitely an issue. I think Walgreen is trying to strangle its own stores and force us into mail-order, which is not so great if there are issues and you need to solve a problem within hours, something that - when open - this local team has always been able to do in my experience.
