This is such a weird place. The shelves are empty, the staff seems to hate working here, the parking lot is always full of trash. They messed up my photos as well. Avoid at all costs.

Worst Pharmacy ever. They used to be excellent, now delays, wrong billing, and poor service. They need to hire more staff in pharmacy. Not good.

Yes- sometimes you have to wait a spell to get your prescription filled, and that can be frustrating. But I find the pharmacy staff to be kind and helpful given that they seem chronically understaffed and overworked. Danielle is always helpful when answering questions. I know prescriptions can literally be a life or death thing, and I think they’re doing their best.

Would avoid sending prescriptions here if you need them urgently. The wait times are several days to get them filled. Likely understaffed.

This Walgreens location is refusing to provide COVID-19 vaccinations, even though no prescription is required in Oregon. I was told it was “against their policy,” which is not true and goes against CDC and federal guidance.
It’s frustrating and disappointing to see a pharmacy deny an essential public health service based on misinformation or internal confusion.

This pharmacy mis-prescribed a very strong drug at 4 times the dose it should have been. It was only caught because the tapering process that was on the bottle did not make sense so I checked with my doctor and they were appalled that a mistake this significant could be made at a pharmacy. I 100% do not recommend putting your meds in the hands of these clearly incompetent humans.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but it’s important to inform other people so they can avoid the pain. I’ve been trying to be very patient because understaffing issue is real. But the pharmacy management is terrible and it’s causing sick people missing medication. They messed up my prescription telling me I cannot refill because of no approval from the insurance. Doc office verified it’s covered, even insurance people had to call the pharmacy to tell them that it’s been approved. This pharmacy was just blaming the system. Recently I refill my order from the system, received a call and text that my prescription was ready. Waited the long line only to be told that it’s out of stock. The tech handling this case was not nice, rude and not even willing to listen to my questions. I don’t feel they care about their customers. I hope Walgreen can improve its pharmacy service looking at how many one star reviews this store get.

It took 10 minutes just to obtain two things to purchase because a huge portion of the merch is now locked up and requires an employee to unlock it, but they’re so understaffed they can’t even get to all the customer requests. Huge waste of time.

I’m giving this Walgreens a five star review because something has mysteriously changed in the past month or two in there and they’re really on the up and up.
The past three times I have been there, the lines have been short at the pharmacy, and the new staff there has been friendly and efficient.
I am fully aware that this location used to be horrible as I have regrettably been there many many times over the years.
Today, when I stopped by, the shelves were somewhat stocked again. I was able to find and purchase the things that I wanted to buy, and even some extras, and my prescription was ready to pick up in under a half hour.
If you’ve been avoiding this location because of past experiences, just know that something different is going on there.
At least right now.

I have literally never written a bad review because I know the damage it can do.. but I cringe at the thought of the elderly or sick having to deal with the staff at this pharmacy. I have never been treated so blatantly mean? And dismissed. Left in tears because of how the girl working the counter spoke to me. I was treated like such a nuisance just for coming to pick up my prescription😭 please find a different pharmacy for yourself or your loved ones. I think the girl working here should try a career that doesn’t involve the public or vulnerable, god bless her tho.
