Recently moved nearby and had my prescriptions moved here. Pharmacy staff were lovely, especially Mary, she was so kind and patient and spent a good chunk of time trouble shooting my prescriptions which my previous Walgreens had been unable/unwilling to do.

The pharmacy at this location - #4495 - is horrible! They seem incapable of filling a prescription.I've just transferred all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy where the staff is actually alive and not dead on the floor.

They have terrible service. I was on hold for an hour and 45 minutes to discuss my prescriptions. They are severely understaffed.

Prescriptions are sent in, and will go unfilled for a week. What's the problem? Well, I call them to see if it's an insurance issue.Nope. They just couldn't be bothered to fill it in a whole week without me calling. Had it ready in 15 mins. So hooray right?Nope! Waited in line for 35 minutes, then had to wait almost 10 more while they tried to find my prescription. Guess drugs are like car keys and you can just lose them. It's been two years, and I keep going because the nearest other pharmacy is a hassle because of the distance. Unfortunately, I think I have to bite the bullet and just go somewhere else even if it's much farther from home.

It truly is remarkable how absolutely terrible this pharmacy operates. How do you stay in business? I understand being busy, but every single time I go there, I spend my lunch hour waiting in line. On several occasions, my prescription hasn’t even been filled yet, even though I called it in days ago. It’s like they wait for the person to arrive before filling. So then you have to stand aside and wait for them to fill it. Unacceptable.

Very bad customer service. I would recommend hiring a fleet of consultants to get this slower than molasses pharmacy whipped into shape. Literal line of 30 people everyone hour of the day. Took me 90 mins to simply pick up a prescription they said would be ready two days earlier. Nice work Walgreens! Absolute disaster.

I somehow never learn my lesson to not come here under any circumstances. The wait for anything is always extremely long, they are always short staffed, and I can only assume the staff they do have must be severely underpaid because they are so apathetic. I always feel bad being cranky with them because I know it isn’t their fault… this huge corporation should have the resources to function at least a little bit better. Avoid this Walgreens at all costs, especially the pharmacy and printing services.

I have no idea what’s happened to the pharmacy here but it’s an absolute nightmare. I’ll submit refill requests more than a week out and they still won’t be filled. I don’t want to downplay the work they do, but how hard is it to pull a box that has an inhaler in it and slap a label on it?? The amount of time it takes to get a refill is ridiculous and I can’t even imagine what’s happening for patients with medications they cannot live without.

Quite possibly the most abysmal pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in. As a pharmacist myself I have used this location to fill Rx's that I had sent by my PCP. The technicians I have encountered have been extremely smug to elderly patients and operate at an incredibly slow rate for the tasks at hand. This place should shut down

The pharmacy at this location is exceptionally horrific. Every time I’ve had to pick up a prescription here, there have been issues. Essentially the pharmacy staff just doesn’t fill anything until you are either there in person or call. For example, this morning I had a script called in around 8A.M. It is now 6P.M and I hadn’t heard anything. I call to check and see what’s going on and they tell me they can “have it ready in an hour”. This is a basic prescription - not a controlled substance or anything of the sort. And each time I need to pick up a prescription here, the story is the same. It seems as though this has been an ongoing issue for some time now so I’m not sure why it hasn’t been addressed.

The pharmacy at this location is consistently missing the ball on “called-in” prescriptions. At least four times I’ve had doctor’s offices after procedures call in medications only to arrive hours later and be told “it wasn’t written yet” and asked to wait 45 min to an hour. And if you leave and comeback, be mindful they all leave and close the pharmacy for lunch !! What is that about!??

The staff here is GREAT but I am not able to rely on this Walgreens. During the past few weeks their pharmacy has been intermittently closed during normal hours. This gave my roommate a huge headache when she came by to pick up an important prescription here. Of course it was on a Friday and she had to call her doctor to re-order the prescription and rush across the city to a different Walgreens to get it before closing time. On top of that, they are routinely out of stock of basic items. I come here regularly and it seems to have gotten worse over the last few weeks. I hope they can turn it around as I want to shop here instead of Amazon!

I'd probably give them four stars for their selection and for the friendliness of their cashiers, but there is a woman working in the pharmacy who is the least pleasant person I've interacted with in a customer-service situation in YEARS-- if it had only happened once, I'd cut some slack, but she was toxic and snippy with me on two separate visits, plus I saw her berate another customer for no reason during my last time there. I will continue to buy non-prescription items from them-- as I said, the cashiers are friendly-- but will probably get any future prescriptions filled elsewhere. She was absolutely horrible, and I hope to never see her ever, ever again.
