complete waste of time everything is locked up and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come with the key no one ever came so I left. I can’t believe they’re still in business.

I have been hung up on 3 times today while trying to call about a delayed prescription. Rude, callous and careless.

I feel so sorry for the staff at this store. Everything is locked up, so there are constant repetitive recorded announcements saying which department help is needed in. Not exaggerating, every 15 to 30 seconds. This is basically psychological torture. Walgreens really needs to do better. I can’t imagine any of their executives working under these conditions for five minutes, but they have no problem subjecting their store workers to it.

This Walgreens is a perfect example of how employers don't want to pay a living wage anymore. It seems they can't hold onto their employees, most likely due to their greed as a company. Do better Walgreed your emoyees are overworked and underpaid.

I found the item I was looking for, but never was able to buy it after waiting for a cashier at the register. I saw employees who didn't look extremely busy, but they didn't help me.

Was shopping there and asked pharmacist for bathroom code then sighed and almost rolled his eyes . As soon as I get in the bathroom is filthy. And a male customer said the men’s restroom was disgusting , too. Will anything change ? No . Just wanted to let customers be aware

The pharmacy staff must be really miserable in their jobs. I understand being rude in return to a rude customer, but yelling abusively at customers who approach you respectfully is totally uncalled for. The girl with purple hair in the pharmacy was SO MAD at me over the phone and over the counter. I was just trying to pick up a prescription. And turns out she’s a manager ? yikes.

The pharmacy staff at this store are rude and not helpful in any way. You can not get through to them on the phone. Worst pharmacy in town.

They have the worst pharmacy. I strongly recommend using a different one if you can. In the past I have shown up after they told me my prescription is ready only to have them tell me that it's not because they are understaffed and only making orders as people show up to get them. This happened at least three times. The final straw was when my doctor called in a new prescription for me. I called the next day to see if it was ready, they didn't have any order. I called the doctor's and they said they definitely sent it in, but would do it again. I go in person the next day (all the while I'm suffering from what the prescription is supposed to be for), and they STILL don't have it. They say in their system my doctor sent the wrong prescription to a pharmacy in Los Angeles? I have a confirmation from my doctor that has all the correct information on it. The pharmacy then tells me they have a crappy system so it could be on their end, and my doctor's office should call it in over the phone. I'm just so done. I told my doctor's office to send it to a different pharmacy and I won't be using this one anymore.

Had a prescription sent here on a Sunday eve after they were closed. I called in the morning to check status, they said it would be 2 hours. Two minutes after I hung up, I received a text that my insurance denied the claim. I called back and the person I spoke with said that they hadn't processed it yet so the text was incorrect. He told me it would be ready in 3 hours. I called back 3 hours later and they said my insurance denied it. I called my insurance and they gave me the exact info the pharmacy needs to push it through. I called again, and gave them the information, it took about 15 minutes for them to put the correct info into the computer (they said I gave them the wrong info) but that they were going on lunch break. So it was much later than anticipated (time sensitive meds, btw). What's bananas about this entire experience is I picked up prescriptions from their Holgate location last week and had zero issues with insurance denial. This location is pretty bad. I have also had issues with pick up orders (the items were wrong, and needed to be returned). Avoiding from now on.
