Opens at 8am. Dude rolls up at 8:05 to open, and then just… isn’t clear that Walgreens is open. Other times the place seems like no one is there, things aren’t stocked or falling off the shelves. What’s going on here lol

No bathroom for paying customers. The purpose of a bathroom code is to deter people with unsafe behaviors, thieves and non-hygenic persons from using the bathroom. It is always at the employee's discretion to allow a clean, presentable and paying customer to use the bathroom. I accepted the answer I was given but I disagree with it. Not everyone is on your schedule, some of us are field workers with limited options and need a place to go once in awhile and can't hold it in for 10 hours if we can't stop home on our route. I've never been to a Walgreens where you can't pay for an item and use the restroom.

This store is woefully understaffed. We were unable to purchase an idea, no one available to unlock case. The staff that are in the store are friendly and are trying their best, I believe.

I refilled my prescription and was told on my online account it was awaiting approval from the prescribing doctor. About a week went by and nothing happened so I reached out to my doctor directly to fill it. Now there’s two pending orders for the same prescription - so I cancelled one - and when I called Walgreens, they said it wasn’t due for a refill and that I just refilled it on December 30 and they couldn’t have it ready until February. I said I never received my medication because you never actually filled it. He says that’s not the hold up, the issue is my insurance won’t pay for it. Except I’ve never not had my insurance cover this medication. Seems to me the insurance company thinks it’s paying for a duplicate drug, not that my coverage stopped. To make matters more confusing, the automated online system says one of them is ready (it’s not). As sympathetic as I am to staffing challenges this pharmacy is truly awful.
Update: the since cancelled one is now ready for pick up and is fully covered by insurance so I wasn’t wrong in my hypothesis that the duplicate order was causing an issue, not my insurance.

This sad location is on its last legs. Trash all over the property, dumpster area exposed and hazardous waste spreading throughout the parking lot and sidewalks, pharmacy open sporadic unpredictable hours, drive through closed for days, people brazenly leaving the store with pockets full of stolen items. Usually understaffed. Just gross.
I drive out of my way to use CVS.

Visit this pharmacy if you want to see what it’s like to live in a 3rd world country.
Crackheads, unmotivated staff, irregular/unpredictable hours. You take your life into your hands picking up a basic prescription.

I recommend people start talking to lawyers to sue Walgreens for actions that constitute a breach of duty causing clear, demonstrable harm.
They do not deserve the basic trust the public gives to pharmacies to deliver their life-saving medications. They fail in that regard and should be held legally responsible.

Pharmacy services are unreliable. Staff double charged me and then said I had to wait to see the refund processed. When I went back to stay the refund didn't go through they said there was nothing they could do.

Pharmacy takes a lunch and closes down midday. Very inconvenient for customers.

Avoid sending your prescriptions here! It's a disaster. The med will be there, in stock, but they made me wait 45 minutes for it!

I phoned at 4:50 on a Monday. Was on hold until they closed at 6p. Never go through to the pharmacy to see if prescription was ready. My doctor said it was ready, but Walgreens never notified me. I was told I was the next caller, and then for 40 minutes was told they were assisting other callers. If I was the next caller, how could that be true? Totally disrespectful to customers who need their prescriptions. A for-profit company should do better.!
