**Beware** In this predominantly white neighborhood - This is what Walgreens thinks of its Multicultural customers.. locking up only the “Multicultural Hair” care products without zero regard for how this would make “Multicultural” people feel! As a black women who just came into the store to find hair care products for my hair.. I came in to shop at the store only to have to leave feeling extremely offended as if my dollars did not matter.. after I walked down the hair care isle to see that only our products were locked up with the assumption that I was here to steal. If you are a “Multicultural” consumer or ally - do not spend your dollars at a store - that has clearly shown you who they think you are. (See pictures attached) same price point and isle but different customer- this is extremely upsetting!! This only continues to push the bigoted stereotype that you think we are all thieves!

The reason for my trip to Walgreens was to do an online return. This was my 3rd trip to Walgreens in the last 2 weeks, 2nd at this location. My first visit was at a Walgreens very close to my home. They struggled quite a bit with the return and in the end were unable to help me and advised me to try another store. This brought me to the 33rd Ave location on 4/18. At first, they also struggled with the return, but pulled in many different employees to assist and found a solution. The problem ended up being that the item I had ordered wasn’t part of the inventory at this particular store. They were able to add my product into their inventory so they could process the return. It took a couple of days for the inventory to be updated, so I had to come back today (4/21) for the return to be officially processed. Today I worked with Selena. She was very helpful, efficient and kind. Everyone who assisted me at the 33rd location was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with the return process and went above and beyond to provide a solution. I greatly appreciated their willingness to help rectify the situation.

The Walgreens is fine, but the pharmacy shuts their window over 5 minutes before they close. Change your hours if you close at 5:53.

This pharmacy is a mess. Usually they don't have my insurance applied and I have to go to the back of the long line, but most recently they canceled filling a prescription without telling me, because my insurance didn't cover it, but I was planning on paying out of pocket... lose/lose. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Do not have any problems, because the staff and especially the manager will not only NOT help you, but he'll be a really big prick about it too. Definitely sucks at customer service and being a team player. I'm looking at you, dude with the thick accent.
Also, turns out the problem was indeed in your own house, sir. You could have helped me if you took 1 minute to look, instead of spending 3 verbally jerking yourself off about how important you are.
Another location did help me. You were just incompetent.

This store struggles mightily to live up to a brand standard for Walgreens. Understaffed, poorly stocked, no hand carts, just tough. No disrespect to the staff they do have, why try, it's just not a good Walgreens.

If you have more than one prescription to pick up, call first! I just got back from there and they said they send notices for EACH prescription. So now I have to go back. It's dark,traffic is horrible, and I'm really frustrated. It's a system that isn't tuned in to customer service!!!!

Terrible costumer service, my husband went to pick up my mobile order and they treated him like garbage! He first went up to the pharmacy being it was a medication who told them my order isn’t RX they didn’t point him in the right direction nor did they call someone to help, so he goes to the cashier in the front who’s on her phone ignoring him finally he says excuse me and she looks at him and says “what.” With a rude tone and then call someone over who says we don’t have an order under that name again really rudely. All of a sudden my order got canceled. Rude people for no reason.
