Understaffing is really the biggest problem. You can tell they're overworked and underpaid and it sucks. I get trying to save money and stay afloat but the pharmacy line is always too long, you have to wait more than necessary for anything. Pickup seems to be fine, that's kinda the only way to do it. Transferred my rxs to Fred Meyer though, the pharmacy isn't worth the hassle.

The pharmacy leaves much to be desired in my experience. I signed up for automatic refills which lasts maybe one refill, then I have to call to get a refill. I get messages that my prescription is ready only to find it is not ready often after standing in line for service and asked if I want to wait or come back.

Pharmacy review: the staff are nice, but prescriptions are never ready when promised.
Update 5/9/25 for pharmacy: it’s 6 pm. They’re closed. Supposed to be open until 8. Highly unreliable.

Dirty, sketchy people, slow slow staff, who are easily confused. Pick up order ahead takes about 20 mins wait at photo counter. They don’t do curbside.

As a prescriber, there is nothing more frustrating than needing to speak to the pharmacist at a pharmacy and being unable to reach them. I needed to determine if a patients prescription from a different provider was current and if there was a better option for the patient. But I've waited on hold for longer that 20 minutes twice. Total waste of valuable time. If you run a professional business, hire the staff necessary to run the business professionally. (Typed while on hold.)

I hate that I got switched from Fred Meyer to this pharmacy. My very first prescription. They messed up and gave me the wrong dosage. They’re constantly messing up. Five days ago I arrived to pick up a prescription that they said was ready… It wasn’t but they promised it would be ready that afternoon. Here it is five days later I go to pick it up and they say they’re working on it! Could I sit and wait? They offer no apologies even when they messed up my prescription dosage they offered no apologies. I literally hate this pharmacy.!

This place has weird vibes. Always understaffed and usually has several rows of vacant shelves. I try to avoid coming here but sometimes you can’t avoid it for the pharmacy stuff close by.

I waited in line for 30 minutes, watching most of the customers in front of me leave without their medications. When I reached the front, the pharmacy tech told me my prescriptions weren't ready. It had been two days since they were submitted, so I asked what the holdup was. She went off on a rant about people quitting and having to be in on her day off. I asked when I would get my medications, and she said I could sit and wait for an hour to get them. I told her I didn't have the time to wait, so I would come back tomorrow. She said if I didn't stay and wait then they wouldn't be ready for another week. At that point, a chubby man with a goatee came over and informed me they'd be happy to cancel my scripts "out of spite" so I left.
This pharmacy is completely dysfunctional, I would avoid it at all costs.

Pharmacy staff are polite but they seem perpetually understaffed and disorganized here - long waiting times during peak hours and communications (phone, text alerts) are inconsistent. Wouldn’t recommend should you need medication during an emergency.

They lock everything up, and then don’t hire enough people, or pay them enough to care. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come help unlock allergy meds, and eventually left without getting them.

Store # 5572.
Aside from the perpetually empty shelves, I went into this location today and there were zero shopping carts in the corral. I asked the cashier where the shopping carts were and she said there was only one and it was being used. After I picked my jaw up from the filthy linoleum floor, the MOD said this was by design. Nope. Never again Walgreens.
