Very sad to see how poorly this Walgreens is run. Constantly out of stock of common prescriptions. Very poor communication and efficiency. Who ever is in charge of the pharmacy here should be embarrassed. Shameful!

Whole Pharmacy crew was completely useless, but Emanuel was the worst. I scheduled vaccination, then called to confirm before I left to ensure they had the vaccines. They confirmed they had them. I showed up and they didn't have them. Wasted my time. When I shared my displeasure, they walked away. Worst customer service ever!

I feel for the people in this community.I lived here for a couple of months, and used this pharmacy - I still come here on occasion because some refills are connected here through the app. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or management, but every time I’ve needed a refill, they have made a mistake, or duplicated my account, blame me for their errors, or come up with new rules and regulations that only seem to apply to this store, making it harder to get refills on time. I’ve been quoted numerous extra steps that I need to take to fill a prescription that other Walgreens in richer neighborhoods don’t require of me. The lines are always very long, and staff are often rude and arguing with their customers who are clearly at a disadvantage and not trying to cause problems.This is an example of a store in a poor neighborhood that perpetuates the problem. I feel for the people who live herewho don’t have the means or ability or the know how to choose another Walgreens.

Literally asking me to leave my scooter outside to get stolen when I just need to run in and pick up my medication. Not even allowing me to just leave it by the front door. So I guess I just have to live with no medication until I actually have time to stop by again, without my only means of transportation. :) That's the sort of experience a person should have at a pharmacy, right?

This store is consistently overpriced like all the other locations. Pharmacy is a joke making me wait a long time to fill a prescription.

Would give a negative review if I could. Explained to pharmacy I needed my medication before EOD, they assured me it would be no problem. Never filled it, refused to answer phones, and entered it into their system so I couldn’t get it filled at CVS. Scummier than pond scum these folks, would avoid at any cost

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARAMCYIf there was a zero star option it would be an easy 0 stars.I got a prescription put in through a doctor TWO WEEKS AGO. This medication was for pain. I got a text from Walgreens saying my insurance wasn’t updated. Which was a lie because I did that the last time I picked up a medication. Online it said no action was needed to I didn’t do anything. The next time I checked online for the status of the prescription it wasn’t on my account at all anymore, I called Walgreens a week after the first fill request and they told me they couldn’t see the prescription on my file so I had to put this in again. The person that I talked to said they had my insurance on file so she didn’t know what the problem was. Then filled the prescription for me saying it would be ready next day. Then I received a text saying they were out of stock and they would contact me once they get more. Another week later I called to check the status and again says I have no prescriptions, I get in contact with the pharmacy and they tell me they were never out of stock and they didn’t have my insurance information. Since when do they not contact you for stuff like this?? This is medication not a for fun thing. They told me over the phone that I can come anytime to pick it up, so I head over immediately due to the pain that I’m in and BEEN in. The First Lady I talked to was very nice and seemed to be new. They needed my insurance information so I had it pulled up on myPhone. Two ladies took my phone to put in the information but then started scrolling through my pictures while giggling right in front of me. Then one of the managers of the pharmacy was cleared annoyed at the employees. Mid way through someone else started helping me and I had to answer questions I had already answered. Then they tell me they only have HALF of my medication for my prescription so i had to choose to either pick up half now and half later or all later. So now Ive been waiting 15 minutes when she says she only has 15 out of the 90 pills I was suppose to receive. Didn’t notice this until I sat down in my car but my address is wrong on file, which I know ive changed multiple times to the correct address. this place is always behind and rude. They need to train their employees without hostility. And have better communication for peoples medication.

Want your pharmacist to lie to you and tell you your medication is ready for pick up when it’s really a “back order” and won’t be ready for another two weeks? Want to go off your meds because of this places stupidity? Go to Walgreens on Belmont! I promise you won’t be disappointed if you’re looking to get screwed over. 1/100⭐️’sBtw: going in the store is like accepting you’ve been placed in Limbo or Hell itself. Have fun people! Choose a different pharmacy PLEASE

Full disclosure i was an opioid addict then herion for like 10 years. I got clean about 2019 and had no problem using good rx. Imagine my surprise when a new manager type said nope to controlled type meds being deleted from their menuIve been stable and even cutting way down last year or so. Went to see doc and got usual suboxone electronically sent and show up... That will be 333.00 maam! But good rx shows 78 for which i beg and scrape and try to figure out. New manager apparently doesnt care for addicts or those in pain. Forhet this place! They have no care for patie TD its gross. Ty Fred meyers

Really gross location. The pharmacy is awful. Every time I pick up a prescription there's an issue. Sometimes I'm notified that my prescription has been filled, but when I show up, wait 30 mins in line- They haven't even started it yet.They've somehow managed to lose my insurance information more than once. Once time I waited in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes, but when I finally pulled up they said they had to close the drive thru... So I had to go inside and wait ANOTHER 20 minutes in THAT line. Oh. My. Gosh. I cannot with these people.They always ask me to verify my address out loud... In front of other people, as though that isn't a MASSIVE privacy concern? No, I am not going to announce where I live to the entire pharmacy waiting area. They are rude, slow, and super unpleasant. This Walgreens is a place of nightmares. I hate it here.

Pharmacy is SO unhelpful. I try to be understanding, but it’s just too much now. I call and request a prescription refill (although it is supposed to be automatically refilled but never is), they say it will be ready yesterday afternoon. This morning I bop in, it is not ready despite me getting the notification it is. They didn’t let me know, and now my sweet girl is without meds for too long. Switching pharmacies as I write this.

I came to make a return at this store. I had my receipt from this store An the items were not open. The young lady at check out got to the end of the return and ask do I have my debit card which I didn’t have on me at the time and refused to give me a refund or even a store credit which the digital receipt says I am eligible for store credit, very disappointing train your advocates better

Today I downloaded & completed a form for my Covid shot, arrived on time for my appointment at the pharmacy, & my form was not accepted by the pharmacy employee. She asked me to complete another form. I completed the one she gave me but I noted that it asked for the exact same information & was essentially the same as the one I brought in. When I pointed out to her that the second form asked for the same information & was the same as the one I brought in, she said, "It's not the same to me." I said I just got the form off the Walgreens website this morning, so I think Walgreens should take the form off the website if they're not going to accept it. She appeared unfazed. I would rate my experience with the pharmacy window staff & the process as very customer-unfriendly.

It's a wallgreens pharmacy 1st off, so expectations are low. This company runs a lean ship and these people work hard. Recent techs and pharmacists have been way better to work with. Head pharmacist today helped me in ways no other pharmacy in town would, while treating me with dignity and respect. Yes there's long lines at noon, or 5pm or on the phone. But that's every wallgreens and not this places fault
