Don't bother using this pharmacy. I called and was on hold for 2 and a half hrs. This was done 3 times in the day!! I finally called the main cashier and she said the pharmacy closed early due to lack of employees!! I need my meds. Go anywhere else!! Most incompetent employees ever. I reported them to cooperate management. The pharmacy is closed again early!!! I have two prescriptions that I need now and they were out of one of them. This pharmacy needs someone that knows what they're doing. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Worst pharmacy! Drove all the way out there from nw just to find out they messed up my prescription and cancelled it out then blamed it on my doctor

I visited the photo department on May 11 at 12:30 and the blonde woman did not have photo order and not helpful acting as if she’s doing me a favor by answering my questions and pretending she doesn’t know anything . People should find another job if they don’t like customer service. I’ll post her name here later since I forgot to catch her name today.

I was here on Saturday buying hair conditioner and rubber bands. It really sucks having to pretend I’m not aware that I’m being watched, followed, & racially profiled. I’d avoid this location if you can and they’re not discreet at all.

I just need to rip off the bandaid and find a new pharmacy. This location is always either out of meds (but doesn't notify you until you show up for pick-up), sends out texts that meds are filled and ready for pick-up (when they're not), insanely long lines with long wait times, and pharmacy closures without any notifications. I dread having to fill a Rx here each month, because I know it's a going to be a 100% guaranteed hassle.

No bathrooms, even for customers! Fred Meyer or Winco are easily a better option than this place.

The pharmacist, Tess is completely unprofessional and hostile. My doctor's office and the Fred Meyer pharmacy team confirmed that her reputation is extremely poor. I know Fred Meyer is a competitor, but they said that Tess 'doesn't know up from down'.My doctor's office even recommend that I use 'anyone else' to fill my prescriptions.The rest of the team is polite and helpful but extremely understaffed, hours are hard to gauge because this location often has to close because of staffing issues. I hope Walgreens priorities appropriate staffing levels before the whole team burns out!
