Shout out to the dental team for knocking this one out of the park! My daughter got her cavity filled, they played some trolls on the smart phone to placate her attention, and they did a great job. Good energy, very professional, highly recommended.

The people that work there are friendly, but as per normal, the doctors simply don't listen. They think they know better than the patient. ...and that attitude is what prevents people from getting proper medical care and why I only go to medical facilities when absolutely necessary. Wasted 4 hours of my time, for nothing. I was literally prescribed a medication that I said I didn't like and refuse to take... see? A perfect ecample of them NOT LISTENING. Sik ...and if they don't return my call, I'm going back into the office and they'll be having to call the police.

I've called them several times, I've left voicemails with all required information and never once have they picked up or answered my phone calls.When checking reviews, it sounds like a complete nightmare for those who actually managed to get through to them.

This place is horrible the staff sucks they don't care about any patient at all they just want ur money and to send u on your way if you can get an appointment withing 2 months most of all the staff are complet A holes they need something different for a career choice cause there customer service sucks

Literally every time I come in there's an issue with staff being rude, or my appointment being cancelled when I arrive on time. The staff never have any answers as to why, and ask you private questions and want you to answer in front of everyone in the lobby. My health doesn't matter to anyone in this office, they're clearly here for the check and not to take care of their patients.. Doctors with scheduled visits should have someone fill in their slots if they have to call out, and not leave people who need help with nothing. I waited a long time for this appointment, and they want me to wait 2 more weeks lol they're crazy !!! Time to find a new health facility because this ain't it.

I tried to give this place a chance but they continue to cancel all of my appointments with no notice and then will not answer the phone! How can I reschedule if they never answer!!!!! This is so rude and a waste of time I should send over an invoice for time at work that I have missed and won’t get paid for because they decide to be irresponsible and not do their jobs!!! This is not a COVID-19 clinic they don’t do testing they are just a clinic why do they not answer the phone what are they doing?? Ughhhhhhh

I needed my perscription refilled urgently due to an error on my part. I called for 2 days and had multiple urgent messages relayed to the Doctor to try and refill my perscription since it is very dangerous to miss a dose of the medicine I'm taking. Unfortunately it still has not been filled, and I have been calling since Friday (May 7th, 2021). I have spoken to the desk clerks, nurses, a supervisor and even the Director of Operations, Jessica, yet no one seems to be able to get the Doctor to respond. The Director of Operations promised to personally reach out to the Doctor and call me back with an update, but after multiple hours I still have received no call. This place is run very unprofessionally and it almost seems like they don't realize they work in health care. I have reported them to the Oregon Board of Health, and encourage others with similar issues to do the same otherwise they have no incentive to improve their service. Hopefully this request is filled, otherwise I'll have to go to an ER just to have my medication. I understand it is busy, and there are other patients, but the fact that it takes multiple days for a Doctor to respond to an urgent request, that is simply faxing a piece of paper, is the main reason for the reporting. I would never recommend this place.
