Technician C.V. seemed to have a non-existent comprehension of customer service. Of the 3 customers I saw them interact with, I observed 4 issues that were immediately blamed on the customer. Regardless of where the culpability for a mistake or oversight lays, employees should not be in the habit of assigning blame. The amount of assuming this employee does is enough to make me assume they do this to everyone and makes me assume this establishment is a symptom of a healthcare industry that no longer sees patients, but customers.

Needed a titer for school. Scheduling was easy. Got right in with Casey and he answered all my questions and I was in and out in 15 minutes while he was juggling many people coming in. Does a great job!
