I had a bad interaction with your teller Alfonso at your bank. He was very lazy and refused to count any coins for me. I had to go to another teller to deposit coins. He needs to be retrained and not so lazy with his work ethic specially when not one other person was waiting in line.

In heart of the recent holiday, I wanted to post my gratitude toward Alexis, a lovely bank teller who I fortunately had the pleasure of interacting with. Alexis helped me recently with a currency exchange. My package was a little delayed and Alexis was very reassuring that it should arrive soon. She went above and beyond and not only tracked my package (she could tell I was stressed) and she also followed up with me on two different days, calling me and told me the ETA for my package. It’s rare employees (stars I like to call them) who really make a difference in the customer experience. The young man I dealt with immediately before her conveyed that he couldn’t care less about even helping me. Star employees like Alexis make for loyal customers. I really appreciate Alexis and hope she stays at this branch so that I will have the opportunity to work with her again. Thank you Alexis! I hope that your manager will pass my commendation on to you so that you are very aware that your excellent work ethic (even if it seems like a small thing) really made me feel like a valued customer.

Alexis provided excellent & above and beyond customer service in a currency exchange for me. It was delayed a little and she tracked my package and made two calls to me on different days to make sure that I knew my package's ETA. It's the rare employees like Alexis who make loyal customers. I have never had worse customer service. They avoided having to do anything at all by referring me to their call center for online banking help. Going forward I wait on hold for the online banking call center and they proceed to tell me that there is nothing they can do basically. They really need to set the bar higher in the workforce these people didn’t have even begin to problem solve. Smdh

I went into open an account, and there was not a single customer in there, but they weren’t available to open account and said to go online. Wow! I think I’ll go to another bank is what I told them.

Wells Fargo has some of the most shady business practices I think I’ve ever seen. The bank has steadily gone downhill, and every location you visit is understaffed and OUTDATED. You’re sitting in chairs that were from the 90s while you wait 20 minutes to talk to a bank representative.I’ve recently been having issues with my account so I slowly been transferring money between WF to my other bank. I log on yesterday to make my final payment to my CC only to realize they shut down my account without prior notice to tell me my account was at risk for termination. (ALL my cash back rewards disappeared too!) I’m in good standing with all my credit cards and no delinquency‘s, I can’t figure out what happened and the bank refuses to have any sort of communication, other than addressing that they closed it with no reason and told me to wait for a letter in the mail. This bank is a complete joke and I will never open up another account through them.

The country is littered with the corpses of people Wells Fargo has trodden over to make profits for CEO's and shareholders. They were main architects of the financial crisis of the late aughts and it is only a matter of time before massive swathes of the population will suffer and have their lives ruined by the next top down trend. They have made it clear to me numerous times, in an attempt to get a lien release for my dead fathers 15 year old vehicle (a process that has been going on for 3 years), that they couldn't possibly care any less about their customers, average working class Americans, or human beings in general. You are an x and an o to them. Bank elsewhere.

I always thought that you were protected with a VISA Card, if you did not make a purchase the VISA company would have your back. I purchased 3 items at Fred Meyer and a month later when my VISA statement came in there were 42 items on that purchase. Wells Fargo failed to resolve the situation, they don't care and they don't have your back. Buyer Beware

This branch has the poorest customer service. Got in the branch at 2:05pm, way too early for my appointment at 3pm. Patiently waited. 230ish both banker were done with their respective customers. Waited for them to call me and hoping they can accommodate me early. Much to my surprised a lady came in with no appointment was immediately taken by the male banker and another customer with no appointment as well was acknowledged and helped by the other banker. 305pm. Exactly an hour waiting. I am ready to go until this lady banker stopped me and argued that the banker who will help me is soon to be finish and i need to wait for him… she even rubbed it to my face that i am hour early for my appointment. So what does it mean? is it bad to be early for your appointment? Maybe i am to old fashioned that someone will acknowledge your presence warmly and genuinely. That they appreciate your time and your business. But NO! this people are so rude, and they don't care of clients time. Other branches are not like this.. felt so disrespected. People work in this branch should have a customer service refresher course.

Only one person on the teller line, and one banker. Wait time to deposit a check was about 10 min and only one person was in front of me. Smh.
