I had to come in today to make some account adjustments with my husband. Our banker Roberto A. was very helpful, courteous, and professional, while at the same time a fun and humorous guy. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Looking forward to working with him again.

Hey Wells Fargo this location doesn’t seem very inclusive to the local community. I was in on a busy Friday afternoon “payday” as some call it, and a Spanish speaking person was trying to communicate and the teller (super nice person) didn’t understand a single word pertaining specifically to money in Spanish. I had to translate for him (which I would do for any Spanish speaker to help THEM) and I am a CUSTOMER. Which I would assume is WELLS FARGO’s RESPONSIBILITY to make sure they can cater to the WHOLE community. Train your employees to understand money and banking phrases in Spanish or other languages spoken in the community. It is 2022 get ? it ? together ?The floor manager did thank me for facilitating but that is far from the point.

Yelp and Wells Fargo really need to get their listed ours matched up. I've done multiple times only to find that the branch has very different hours than what are listed here

Elizabeth Stewart is such an amazing banker! She really helped us through understanding a tough financial situation and took a lot of time out of her day to help us. I would recommend her excellent customer service to anyone!

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now, recently visited because my card wasn’t working. (Not all places will take the chip) the teller didn’t take the TIME to actually understand what I was needing, she tried to tell me my card was working fine (along with other issues) and because of this I wanted to close my account.After a branch personnel contacted me SHE too didn’t care or ask why I’d like to close my account.Honestly, I won’t recommend anyone to bank with Wells Fargo, customer care isn’t their priority. If you go in asking or needing help you won’t get it (even when there holing your money).Once I open a bank account somewhere else I’ll definitely close this account.
