I have been with Wells Fargo since my daughter was killed in a horrific accident 13 years ago. A friend opened this account as a fundraiser for her then 15 month old (now 14) Son. My Grandson. I have had numerous issues and complaints with Wells Fargo over the years. I have spoken to literally hundreds of their employees, many of which have promised solutions. BUT! There have never been solutions only for me to call back to research my original call to be told their is no record of the call. Then I give the person the exact same information and the same thing happens again. This is this HUGE CORPORATIONS MODUS OPERANDI‼For DECADES! Recently there was a mistake to my account where I received over 20 calls from the "corporate" office! They must have several thousand corporate offices! Another way to placate the customers! The guy Jack I spoke to all of those times became frustrated and asked me if I wanted him to research the problem?!?!? TA THINK I MIGHT WANT THE PROBLEM RESEARCHED AFTER 30 calls/interactions⁉I said yes! I drove to the grocery store 30 minutes to use my debit card, tried to pay and it was declined! Possibly because Jack in Missouri didn't like me⁉I went outside called WF who was able to remove the block on my card so I hooks purchase the items for my Grandson who was I'll! I mentioned the issue and Wells Fargo snd 4 people in my line and two others all stated shaking their heads And saying don't EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HOW AWFUL WELLS FARGO US‼‼‼‼I live in Hawai'i ‼There are no Wells Fargo's here! Those people were tourists who had experienced multiple problems with WF as I have! WF DOESN'T CARE‼They were fined for their role in the mortgage cris by the government! NOTHING CHANGED‼Simply another HUGE CORRUPT CORPORATION ‼‼‼‼

Overview: came in to replace a lost debit card, and open a savings account.First off, I want to acknowledge that towards the end of the year- we’re all usually scrambling to get things done and burnt out.The person I was working with was friendly, but clearly new to the position- and was 15 minutes late to the appointment I had made. I let her know that I wanted to replace and order a new debit card, and look into opening a savings account. I had done some background research into the savings accounts Wells Fargo has available- and was immediately recommended a Certificate of Deposit account. The personal banker I spoke with was unable to answer (very) basic questions I had regarding interest rates and APY- renewals, penalties for withdraw- after waiting a significant amount of time for the branch manager to come over and help us out with answering my questions- she was also unable to answer a single question I had as well.I’m not well versed in the banking world, but the questions I was asking included simple math equations. Although I was able to figure out the questions I had asked them on my own while I was sitting and waiting, I was ultimately unwilling to open an account and deposit any significant amount of funding when employees cannot answer basic questions- especially branch managers.Two stars- because the people that helped me were friendly- have been a customer since 2007 and am thinking of moving my money elsewhere due to this poor interaction.

I went in this morning to ask about a hold on a check that I deposited on my mobile app. I was told they couldn't help me as I deposited via the mobile app and can only call online services. I called the Lake Oswego branch and within 5 minutes they had my issue resolved. L.O. Branch called the check issuers bank to verify funds and will be available next day. PURE LAZY.

Exceptional customer service. I want to recognize Diane. She is kind, warm, and thorough on every transaction. I first interacted with Diane at the drive up window. I had my Australian Shepard Bella in the vehicle and Diane provided treats for her. i provided a positive internal online review to Wells Fargo and the next day the branch manager called to thank me. I can't remember the branch managers name, although I was impressed that he took time from his busy schedule to reach out to me. Thank you. This branch manager obviously embraces outstanding customer service and the value it provides to their customers. Thank you guys.

Was a loyal customer for 5 years with Wells Fargo. I think the local employees want to help. Account was closed so I was issued a cashiers check. The check was FedEx to an old address my business was at, forgot to update address so it was sent their. I went into local branch to see if it could be cancelled and re.issued. local manager was helpful. I was willing to pay a fee, but corporate said no. There response, wait and see what happens.At this old address, to receive this very large cashiers check, no ID was checked and signed over to anyone physically there. This cashiers check was over $30,000, did Wells Fargo corporate care if it went into the wrong hands. To me they didnt care. "Wait and See" attitude says it all.Corporate is not customer friendly. They did take care of my cashiers check when I hunted it down and got my cashiers check. They ok it to be changed from a business account name to my personal name on the check. So I could deposit it anywhere I take the check. It was a hassle but corporate "allowed" it. So I gave them 2 stars instead of a lower 1 star.

Notary was LAZY and made me fill in the information when even on the form it said the notary had to do it. In addition it seems like its the first time he did it. Not even embarrassed that he put me to work instead.
