Josh Conway was so helpful getting us situated with our unit. Compared to our last storage experience at Extra Storage we are way more happy with this company. Not only is it easier to get in with the app (which was recommended by Josh) but getting supplies at a reasonable price was so amazing for our move/transition. We look forward to seeing Josh whenever we come by because he’s so friendly and knowledgeable!

This is a place you can rent a storage unit for the same price you paid for rent in Portland before the yuppie invasion and the destruction of livability in Portland brought on by the Sam Adams years where everything built in Portland was unaffordable for its citizens.

The best storage experience I have had. Staff was super helpful, attentive and I noticed them doing their rounds every visit I had. Place was super clean, everything was kept clean and in working order. Large elevators and plenty of carts to use. Would definitely rent there again and refer friends. Thank you!

Storage facility was fairly clean and manager promptly returned calls. The unit was much smaller than the dimensions quoted. Set up involved additional fee after additional fee that was never mentioned until we showed up with our stuff. Our rent started at 80 a month and after 6 months all of a sudden was raised to 129 without much warning, that's a 62% increase folks. At the same time the same unit was advertised on their website for much less. Inquiries into rent gouging went unanswered. Would not recommend this place.
