I am very close to SUING your corporation for the dozens of hours this year spent sitting on hold for phones that never get answered. I have to drive SIXTEEN MILES ROUND TRIP just to ask to please get my prescription ready. you're into me for 36 HOURS this year (I'm a CPA) If I could give multiple stores a -5, I sure would but the least I HAVE TO list is a "1". Your corporation better turn things around very fast or I too will leave.

Wow! Visited the pharmacy today, was very anxious, as I had not been inside a drug store since this all began. Everyone was following proper protocol, both staff and customers. The store is super clean and the staff at the front was extremely friendly! Amelia, the pharmacist, was absolutely a pleasure to be in the presence of. She has worked as a pharmacist for 16 years, was very compassionate and genuinely nice. The pharmacist tech, brown haired girl (I wish I had gotten her name, as well), was sooo sweet and knowledgeable.

We are beyond grateful for Pharmacist Ben and all of the Rite Aid team at the Pearl District location. Every visit we are treated with kindness and professionalism beyond expectation... a genuine community experience! The team goes the extra mile with unique situations like coordinating with our veterinarian when our pets need prescriptions.

They allow persons without masks, including their own vendors. I did not feel safe in the store and will not return. Pharmacy is disorganized. Unable to fill my RX due to their "system error" but did not give me a call. They had a week. Main issue is the collection of maskless vagrants In the store.

I live around the corner from this store and find the staff are amazing, especially considering the amount of harassment and risk they face daily. I'm glad they have security. They have been extremely diligent about safety measures during the coronavirus outbreak and are polite and kind to everyone who comes in, regardless of their circumstances. Not sure what Rite Aid pays these folks, but it can't be enough based on some of the situations I have seen them handle. Some of the Karens writing these negative reviews need to chill.

Kind of scary coming here. I went in to get Sudafed and unfortunately can only purchase Sudafed with a prescription. Sudafed doesn't require a prescription, it's an over the counter medication. When at the register, there waS someone at another register trying to make a purchase but didn't have enough money. Instead of offering to put some items back they told her to step out of the lIne to call the bank. It was quite embarrassing. Portland has a high rate of homelessness and very prominent in this location. The least they can do is be kInd.

Rude pharmacists. Overworked and understaffed. I've called 3 times today to see if a prescription has been filled after being sent away yesterday. I'm on hold again even as I type this. Unbelievably terrible service.

Don't call the number on your prescription bottle to order a refill. They will tell you that it will be ready at a certain time but apparently the individual pharmacy doesn't know this. One time I gave them 2 extra days to fill it and when I got there they told me that the insurance company would not allow them to refill for 3 are days. I realize that this is not the pharmacy fault but they could have called to let me know before I walked there. Today my prescription was supposed to be done by 1 PM. I went to pick it up at 3:30 PM but it wasn't done. They didn't"t offer to fill it right away but told me to come back later. I have MS and walking is a challenge. I will have to call to verify it is ready as there system cannot be relied on.

This INSULTING INCIDENT was over a candy bar. Seriously. The "overweight inventory clerk" did not know what she was talking about, and was quite verbally abusive. Again - plenty of other discount stores to shop it.

The pharmacists here are truly rude. I have been going to the pharmacy for five years due to the convenience, but it's time to change.

I love my neighborhood Rite Aid pharmacy and store. The employees that work there are easy to get along with. I've never had a problem with any of them. I adore my pharmacist and Dollface his helpful partner. Its so hard to find a good pharmacy with people that actually smile when they help you. Im lucky to have found this Rite Aid in every section it is clean organized and there's plenty of helpful people. Thatt store rocks!

As Rite AIDS go, this is a nice one. It's centrally located in the Pearl District and opens early, closes late, making it perfect for folks in the neighborhood. It's well-stocked and staff are friendly. There's no parking lot as far as I could tell, which unfortunately means paid street parking. I came in early in the morning, about 6am, in dire need of some cough syrup. I was in and out in about 2 minutes. I'm glad to have this place as an option.

The pharmacy is supposed to open at 8 but somehow there was a miscommunication with the sub-pharmacist who thought it opened at 9... So I waited for 30 minutes for nothing. For someone who had to get to work by 9, I was unable to get the medication I needed and that's just unacceptable. I will not be returning to this pharmacy.
