Johnson Creek Fred Meyers is a great store! honestly I know most of the people that work there and they go out of their way to make sure the customers have a wonderful shopping experience! especially the home department, they make sure that the customers leave wanting to return and bring family and friends alike. There are those few people that would complain just to hear themselves rant but other than that the store works tirelessly to make people feel welcomed There are some of the employees that will go above and beyond to make sure the people get what they came for or means to obtain it even if it's calling around to other Fred Meyer stores to find what is being sought after. So I'll be the first one to give the best feedback about that store over many other Fred Meyer stores it's hands down one of the best!

This is a well stocked store! My only issue is that you can be hard pressed for finding the scooter to ride around in when you can't walk well. Other then that, they are always stocking empty shelves and replacing items taken.

I have needed to have my groceries delivered for now over 3 years & fred meyer unfortunateley uses instacart the most incompetent delivery company rhat exists. When there is a screwup both fred meyer & instacart blames each other & trying to not only resolve the issue yet get a refund is like pulling teeth. instacart are liars, again playing the blame game. i have been a loyal customer of fred meyer, when they were a locally owned grocery store now they are a mormon owned company one of the most corrupt organized religion's out there. think twice using both fred meyer/kroger & instacart

My partner and I went in last night at 9:45pm needing a couple things. It had just turned 10pm and I was looking for one last thing on the shelves and this manager was hounding me telling us "ok it's time to go." "Time to leave". I said I'm trying to find one last thing and he was SO DISRESPECTFUL. I understand how customer service goes considering I've worked in it for 8 years. It is entirely inappropriate to continue to tell me to leave when I am trying to hurry to accommodate the time frame. The guy running self checkout was very kind/ thankful to have had a kind interaction before leaving.

just wanted to come on here and say that i came here to buy a carhartt hoodie and it was locked, i tried calling for assistance on the phone nobody is picking up, there are no workers nearby and i was waiting for so long. i had to call the fred meyer store for someone to come helpwould recommend stopping by at a different fred meyer.

Absolutely frustrating. Debit card is broken and baby needs formula, so I google this location and notice it says "contactless payment". Go there only to find out upon checkout that THEY DONT DO CONTACTLESS PAYMENT. Also reading the other reviews on here remind me that yes, the staff here does sucks. Shoutout to the customer who paid for my cart, people can be a blessing sometimes (-:

Worst service I have ever had anywhere. Manager Jayce is a total racist. I wanted a pound of steelhead and was told to take 1.4 pounds or nothing. I am on a budget and didn't want that much. When I asked for a manager he told me maybe people "like me" shouldn't shop there. I was left completely confused and only asking for something rational. Avoid this place and defiantly JAYCE

Cashier named JJ is the worst... she is like a cranky auntie that doesn't like the way you breathing... rude, unprofessional and cranky. She should be fired to save the reputation of Fred Meyer. What more important is: the manager didn't even care!!! He said I can shop elsewhere, that's fine!!! Wow! "Great" customer service pair with "excellent" management will drive quality customers away because of their attitude.

I've gone there to get groceries with my family several times. It's always nice but sometimes you go there and you can get food poisoning. Also hey want you to shop there as much as possible and don't like it when you go to places like Winco or Costco to get your groceries cause it's cheaper there. They tend to be a bit pricey but for me it just evens out. I know that they have really expensive crap lake a $30 Nerf gun that day so we bought two of them didn't work and when we tried to take them back they refused. This is kind of disappointing but what can you do.

I like the store and employees but holy s*** hire some more pharmacy folks the line is always super long and it was like this prior to covid. Definitely switching pharmacy's.

Mike the assistant manager in I think electronics came out to help pump gas on one of the hottest days. He was nice even when there were loads of cars. He's the true MVP. Thanks Mike

This store has a big problem with updating their hours through the beginning, middle, and end of COVID. I am sure to check before going by going to their own website, Yelp, and Google before heading out late at night only to be met repeatedly by rude door greeters joyfully turning people away an hour before their listed closing time. Tonight I walked in and hour and 5 minutes before closing and the store was closing down. This didn't bother me as I knew what I was after. At 9 PM, an hour before their website CURRENTLY still says they close as I am writing this, the security guard went on the intercom and began publicly chastising everyone in the building for preventing staff from going home. He appeared to be reading his announcement off of a phone, which made the unprofessional nature of his announcement all the more embarrassing for Fred Meyer. I am all for staff slamming the door closed at closing and even turning people away 5-10 minutes before that, but the fact NO ONE in Happy Valley knows when this store closes makes this aggravating. I am writing this review right now on Yelp after getting home from this at 10:25 on Friday and the top of this very page and their own webpage still says I have 35 minutes to go before they close.

Worst Pharmacy customer service ever! Long waits (lines) - never enough counter clerks to help. One day I called and was hung up on 3 times, same day my husband went in person and watched the personnel pick up the ringing phone and hang it up.

This place is TERRIBLE. 45+ minute wait isn't the pharmacy and my medication wasn't even ready? Come back in an hour they say. OK...so turn around and go to the end of the line???? Oh and I was getting alerts and phone messages for over a week to come pick it up. Give me a break!
