Whole Foods Market is legit! It's like walking into this welcoming and cozy store with amazing vibes. You can tell they take their products seriously, and everything is organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, always down to help you find what you need, and they know their stuff.

I have always had great service at this location. Only 5 minute wait when no one was at service desk, Was able to return a product without receipt using credit card (so grateful too - lavender bath salt deceptively contains juniper essential oil, which I am severely allergic to, gin sends me into anaphylaxis lol). Check sales - prices can be better than other stores, especially for fresh, organic, higher quality items.

I recently moved to Forest Park. Yesterday I rode my motorcycle down from the mountains to the Pearl District. I stopped into this Whole Foods and returned an Amazon item, then did some light grocery shopping. I spent maybe $50 tops. After bagging all my items into my backpack at the register, took one last look on my receipt before tossing it. I knew I had a somewhat long ride home and decided to use the restroom before leaving. I asked the closest clerk for the restroom code. They said it's on your receipt to which I responded that I had thrown it away. So I went up to customer service and the lady whom I greeted with "hello, pardon the interruption....I was hoping you could provide me with the restroom code?" (Not even how I talk, I was trying to be as polite as possible) and immediately she looked like she was having an angry aneurysm. She huffed and puffed and blew her dignity & professionalism away. She met me back there to unlock it and said shit else. I thanked her to which I received some sort of noise in return, possibly English, not comprehendible. It's a bathroom. I am a paying customer. Learn how to be at work.

I certainly enjoy the convenience of only having to walk 10 blocks to get groceries. As someone who lives a Paleo lifestyle, I also enjoy that Whole Foods has some paleo foods available in their deli, some of their aisles, as well as their salad bar. However, I do NOT enjoy that their hot food bar rarely seems to have paleo options, and when they do, they're usually dry and flavorless (like they've been sitting there a loooooong time). Also, they have been frequently out of items in their salad bar, and instead of replenishing what's missing, I have been told, "Sorry, we're understaffed."Additionally, I had to stand around and wait about 5 minutes for someone to FINALLY put some olive oil in a to-go salad dressing container because there wasn't any at the salad bar . . . and made to feel like a jerk because she had to help me.The final (and well-known) problem with Whole Foods? Their prices. I mean, come on, really, Jeff Bezos? REALLY?!? Oh . . . right: you're a greedy p.o.s.

Very rude staff. I went in bleeding out of my tampon needing to find the restroom. Instead of being nice they made me find something to buy and then I could go. Thank you for making this situation even worse than it already was.

Very very neat, clean and tidy. Want the code to the restroom? It's on the bottom of your receipt! What a good idea! Staff is friendlier than other WF stores. Great produce.

The worst Whole Foods that ever existed. I would rather drive to Beaverton 30 minutes out of my way than go to this place. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and rude.

The staff is hostile. The hot bar is very expensive. 1/2 cup scrambled eggs, and 1 cup potatoes came to $8.50. Store has great products.
